We were prepared to open an account here to consolidate our banking and hopefully to also get a safe deposit box closer to where we live. We also just received an offer of up to $900 for opening new checking and savings accounts which seemed to good to pass up.
But when I called the local phone number to see if safe deposit boxes are currently available at this branch, all I got was an international phone service. And sorry, but I'm not going to drive down there just to get that question answered.
While waiting to be picked up, I also read the many other unanswered reviews focused on the rudeness of the manager and staff here.
Long story short, we're going to just stick with our current internet-only bank for checking and savings, and our safe deposit box at a local credit union.
Thanks for the heads up, Google! Once again you saved us a lot of needless hassle.

Let's start with this. Chase has all this open space for their drive thru in the back for deposits and withdrawals, and to save on cost does nothing with it. I think this branch needs to up their game a little and needs to open some other lanes in the back. Do i think they can do better for their investors? yes, I do, or are they as an institution sinking like their hundred year old investment the titanic? Time will tell.

I came here to leave a review and let everyone know that how horrible my treatment was at this branch, but seeing the reviews already posted made me realize that I should have read them before going to this branch. I have been banking with Chase for over 20 years in different states, cities and haven't seen anything like this. The branch manager has the lowest respect for customers. So, don't even bother talking to her.

Karrigan has the most welcoming demeanor and it deserves to be known. I had stopped visiting this location for my business needs because of previous antagonist attitudes. For sure, a much more positive experience with Karrigan.

I was treated horrible and disrespectful by one of the team members and the Manager named Danielle. I also called the dept of Chase to file a complaint. I hope something is done because no one should be treat like this.

not very nice customer service! I think their delivery of how they speak to customer could be better and i also believe they could be much more professional.

CHASE is the WORSE company with a lack of professionalism and customer service. I applied for a credit card and it expired because they never sent a follow up letter requiring more information and just casually said apply for another one? They don't care about customers or how our credit score effects us! Good thing i never banked with them and now will never do business with them!

First time at this branch and I'll never go back. Line was super long and 2 windows were open. Seriously? I have stuff to do. I went in to get a cashiers check for rent and she says it'll be a $10 fee. Lol! I was like huh? Been a member for years with a substantial amount of money in there. I settled for a $5 money order simply because I had already waited in line and just wanted to get home out of the heat. I'll be using Walmart from now on. $1 money orders.

Elderly? Disabled? Dont go here! Not accomodating, rude staff.Story follows if you are interested: I stopped in on Monday looking for a Notorary. I explained that my Mother is a quadriplegic and that she needed to schedule a vantran ride so I just needed to know what the best time for her to come was. The front desk refused to tell me what the best time would be. After waiting for her to check the schedule and asking to know at what time a notary would be in the building mutliple time she refused to give me a time to schedule a ride. I said that this was complaint worthy, so I spoke with the supervisor. After some time I was told to come on Wed at 2 pm. I did not file a complaint, because I was eventually given a time to schedule a ride.We had renewed a license on May 1st, and they said the paper copy from the dmv would be fine.The front desk staff saw us in line, said "We know why your here, take a seat" and slammed the window closed sign down in our faces. After having us wait 30 minutes with no other customers who needed paperwork noterized, they refused to noterize our paperwork. They said the paper copy wasn't sufficient. We went to the nearest Notary on Google and they did for free in 10 minutes. (Documents provided to Chase at the time we were denied: original birth certificate, Social Security Card, paper copy of ID from DMV with picture.)This bank has rude employees who will waste your time. They are not accomodating to the requests to schedule sunvan rides for the disabled, unless pushed up to the supervisor. And if you do push they tell you a time to come and use whatever excuse they can not to do it.I did not file a complaint when the front desk staff was rude on monday because there was no need, maybe it was a bad day. I am reviewing this because today they went too far in treating customers with petty actions to waste our time. Don't go here.

I went to deposit my check for the first time (using this bank) and they told me that they were going to have to put a hold on me getting it I asked why at first they said they weren’t able to verify it was a good check (because the I’m working in is new) I told them to just call my boss they did not I then asked to give me back my check so I can go cash it or if there was any time frame they can let me know when I’m getting my check they tell me it’s too late for me to get my check back because it’s already put in the system they then tell me to wait about 24 hours I waited and nothing I call them they say it could take up to three days so I patiently wait even though my bills are now over due at this point I call back after those three days and they continue to hold my check without any reason at least they didn’t inform me of why not, 2 WEEKS LATER I get my money…. This was very disappointing and now I am paying late fees and was dead broke. I don’t know how they run a business there but I definitely don’t recommend!!

This review is for the manager Danielle Knot. I waited patiently 2 hours and every 20 mins they kept coming up to me saying it’ll be ANOTHER 20 mins for this and that. I asked to pull my money from my account and she told me No I can’t get a cashier check. Since when does a bank do that, it’s my OWN money. She rudely pulled her arms out pointing to the door telling me I can leave. In less than 10 mins I went to another chase and got my money right away. She needs to learn how to talk to customers and needs to learn how to be professional. Now I see why this location has 2.5 stars.
