The customer service has drastically gone down they blame it on not having enough employees but there was 5 people standing around talking while 2 people actually worked and when I asked those employees just talking doing nothing to actually work they rolled their eyes and made me feel like a burden.

Absolutely inept management. I am also of the perception that the branch manager is bigoted. When I asked if I could open an account she told me I needed to leave before it got busy.

this is the most miserable bank. not the fault of the bank mgr nor the employees, but the JPMorgan outfit wall street CEOs, etc. My being a vet did not make the keep the promise to me on the safety deposit box cost. they canceled the promise. I am trying to call the bank and as usual, cannot get through. .

Wow all these bad reviews....well i hate banks but in all the years I have been at this branch I never had a serious issue, in fact when ever there was a minor screwup the manager would call me at home to make sure the problem was solved. The only issue I have is there used to be a dozen bankers to wait on you, now only one, but all the banks have done this to save money. It is still better than Wells fargo....

Great until you need service or support. They accidentally cancelled my card and have me running in circles to get it reactivated, and they still can’t do it. What’s the point of having an account if they’ll cut you off from your money and can’t help restore access to it? I though BofA was the worst but Chase has taken the bottom spot. Going with Greenwood and Found going forward.

This is my closest location…I opened my Chase Account 7 years ago and the inside Service, and Management both here, and in their Downtown Flagstaff location have been superb always!!! But?…Lately?…This drive up ATM is eternally broken…and now seemingly permanently broken? (Over a month with a Sign on it but very unmarked or blocked otherwise?!!) I’m wondering if it is going to close? Here is a pic from last week of an Addict taking a snooze with his foil, lotion, Baby Wipes?…etc., Bagels?….Ha ha ha..,on a Sunday by the front entrance/Only available ATM or Cash Drop!!! Priceless Tucson!!!
