Can I do less stars than one? When I really needed help and the phone systems couldn't help me, I called here since they tried to make this my home branch and provide extra service. But I cannot get a call back for help. And when I finally reached someone there was nothing they could do at the branch level. Ok, I get that. But I escalate and call the phone service and international service and every single time (seriously 4 times in a row), they would send me to the wrong automated system with options that were not what the phone people said they would do. So when I really needed the help of my bank, they were no where to be found. Anyone have any suggestions of a different bank I should move everything over to? Come follow me, because this experience sucked and they didn't care if I needed help or not, they couldn't help me. I'm done.

Kristina Laroque was amazing. My girlfriend has been with Chase for a long time. I have stayed with Wells Fargo because I hate myself immensely, apparently. When we left the branch I was suddenly very eager to pursue several small business loans and my girlfriend's totally bananas and completely unnecessary joint account idea became the most rational decision I've ever made. Thanks K.

Went in to get a document notarized. Was told "we no longer do that due to the corona virus". They are open for deposits, mortgage applications, etc. Guess if there is no profit for them you can go elsewhere.

Doesn't open on time. Says it opens at 9 am, but opens when thetky feel like opening. The clerks at door can be rude at times.

Nice people. Greedy and uncaring parent company. Their ad campaigns make it look like they care about clients, in reality it's 180* opposite. 26% interest rates during Covid 19 did them in for me. I called to see if they could flex in any way, the answer was no on all levels. I paid them off and put the card in a drawer. Banks should work for us, not the other way around. Especially during a pandemic. Credit unions are the way of the future. I moved my business elsewhere.

The reason why Chase at this location gets two stars because Tara was very helpful and polite as well, the security officer out front also, she was very kind. So the teller "lorri" is why this place probably should get zero stars. She was very rude when she spoke to me and she was very condescending. As we all know with the COVID-19 going on right now, we are all trying to refrain from bringing elderly folks into public places. But i had too, and she was willing to cooperate, apologize, or even tell me no in a polite way. When I was leaving, I apologized for the confusion, she spoke Back to me in a very mean tone and said there was no "confusion" and stormed off. What the hell? Absolutely ridiculous, and very sad to see an adult act like a child.

Worst customer service. Waited for 35 minutes and no one helped me until I asked what the hold up was. The manager offered to help and told me they couldn’t print my transaction history for my loan company but I could go home and print it myself.

The staff are friendly. The reason for the 4 star is because the wait time to see an advisor is not ideal because they generally are short staffed it seems. Other branches I have been to have 3-4 advisors to help you with your account or get to your security box. On several occasion this has happened. To wait 30 min-1 hour to get to your deposit box is unreasonably long time
