Kind of a bad Chase. The ATM is indoors and drive-through is only a speaker system one, no actual machine. There is, though, J.P. Morgan wealth management when they are actually open. So, definitely a rich people Chase. And, it's a nice neighborhood.

I deposited a large escrow check on a Saturday, and the nice young man in the branch told me there would be a 9 day hold. Coming from San Diego area where I banked with Chase for nearly 20 years, the manager would always work her magic to clear the funds prior to that. (Its an escrow check...) I expressed this to them and I was given the name of the Manager who was off on Saturday, and was also promised someone would call me regarding this. No call, so starting Tuesday I attempted to get someone who could help me. "Manager" was not available all week for one reason or another, and until Friday, no one called me back as promised each time I called. By Monday, the Manager finally called and said can't do anything and by this point it was just another day or two. I am tempted to never bank with Chase again, but for now will certainly be visiting another branch to do my business and hopefully develop a good relationship. Worst experience ever with a chase branch after 20 years.

I needed personal help with major confusion between my Chase and Ameritrade accounts. After two hours on the phone yesterday, I went in person to this branch. I was very fortunate to have Mike McAuley available to sit me in his office and resolve ALL of the problems and help me with all of the forms and paperwork involved. I would still be lost if I hadn't received such professional and timely help. Thank you!

I have felt like a valued customer at Chase for over 30 years, until I approached the lead teller to type an 8 word sentence and notarize an signature. It was push back from there on. My wife and I are 74 years old, and tired and stressed that day. Our experience at this Chase Branch, left us more so. What seemed so simple became impossible. Tom Atwood

I've been a Chase customer for many years. I went in recently to the branch at Oracle and Rancho Vistoso to get something notarized. The guy who normally does it closed his office door as soon as he heard a request to have something notarized. The teller informed me that my request couldn't be accommodated at that time and I could make an appointment and come back. Disappointing level of service.

We were traveling from out of state and had some banking that we needed to complete. There wasnt a line when we arrived. After waiting for ten minutes, the general manager came out of his office to let us know that another teller would be available in a few minutes. He then proceeded back to his office and closed the door. There were five people standing in line by that time. The young last that did help us was excellent. As for the GM, he may want to work on his customer service skills. This is not his job, I'm sure, but be a team player. Your coworkers and clients will appreciate it.
