Honestly, the best Chase service I've had. I've been to many many Chase banks, but this one is my favorite...also it's the closest to my home.

Remember when you used to be able to go into a bank to talk to a banker? Chase would prefer you didn’t do that at least judging by how inaccessible their bankers are. There’s only one at most locations, you can only talk to them if you book them through the app or online which means a lot of times you can’t talk to someone when you need to do you have to wait a week or more to do so. I’m kind of regretting switching to Chase from Bank of America, honestly.I gave two stars because the tellers that are there are always friendly and try to be helpful, for whatever that’s worth.

Not sure this is the correct branch, had a bad issues clearing up a simple problem, went in the branch, worked with a young lady, Michele Hopson. She was awesome! Did what it takes, to solve the problem and keep me as a customer.

They said they can't make anyone wear a mask who doesn't want to in their store. I asked if she would do curbside then since they're store is unsafe for me to go into if they're not enforcing the mask mandate. Pam, the manger, refused to provide reasonable accommodations for my disability, which would have been curbside service or allowing me to do drive through. And she was very rude about it.

After being a loyal business customer for over a decade, without notice or reason, all of my business accounts and money were frozen. I was completely treated like a criminal and I still have no explanation! The "small people" in the branch are great but only had the same corporate number they gave me to call and received the small no support or answer as I. My money has still not been refunded although it's only been several days; hopefully this will be resolved.Make no mistake the biggest bank that we bailed out because it was too big to fail is even bigger and less concerned about small business.Mike H.

Just finished opening an account, Michael was awesome! He gave me so much information on different accounts I can open and even showed me how to use Apple Pay. Really an amazing experience.

They are very understaff its a bank !!! I have a safe deposit box, nobody could help me get into the box, one teller, one banker, one person sitting on a desk. banker was busy that one person was with a customer, so leave to the teller. She can't help because she has to help other people for the banking!!! So waited 30 minutes and NOBODY could let me in my safe deposit box !!! I almost open a business account. Don't do any business in this branch, go to any other branch which has more staff, safe you grief.

I really dislike this bank and their practices. I'm here today to make a payment to me credit card and they're asking for photo ID. I can understand if I wanted to withdraw money but not too make a payment. I can not wait to be done with this bank and only go through Vantage West. To anyone unhappy with this bank, I highly recommend Vantage West.
