Not allowed to leave 0 stars. SHAME!!! If you value your time, find somewhere else. The girls upfront are completely useless. They can't help you with anything you can't do yourself. Better off without them, actually.

Came in to this branch this morning to inquire about a joint checking account and also to set up a business account. I was told to come back in the afternoon, and we did. Only to be told by the same man that they can't do it today, the person that takes care of this is not able to help because they're off in 55 minutes, and to set an appointment. When we tried to, he then said by online appointment only? Sad to say, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If the ATM has such low maximum withdrawals, just go ahead and close all brick and mortar locations. I’ve been with Chase for over 20 years and I can’t even pull out my own money.

Worst customer service of any Chase bank I’ve been too. The tellers go out of there way to make simple deposits as difficult as possible. Ridiculous.

Went to this branch. It says opens at 9. Walked in two employees siting in the lobby didn’t even look at me. I walked out to look at their hours on the door. It’s says opens at 9. By this time is already 9:05 walked back in. They got up from their chairs and started working on the teller computers. Didn’t even say hi or tell me give me a few minutes or even open the doors so I could wait outside since it was already past 9. Needless to say drove to Bank of America and opened an account there. Chase just lost a client. Not that they care. But lost a client

We usually bank at Bank of America and have several personal, business and IRA accounts with the Bank but I also wanted to try Chase Bank. My wife went to this branch to open a new account for our newer LLC primarily for deposit of monthly rent we will be receiving on our commercial property, but had a really bad experience with a lady who works there and did not feel welcome. She called me and left the place and instead went to the Bank of America Swan and Sunrise branch where the account was opened in minutes with no hassle or problem what so ever.I have several Chase Credit Card Accounts and also invest in Chase Stocks but this was the first time we tried to open an account at a Chase Branch. After the experience today we will never try it again.

We spent all day on the phone with a different financial institution trying to get what seemed like a simple transaction completed. When I finally called Chase to see if they could help, they knew exactly what information we needed to get things done. We ended up transferring the funds from the other institution to our Chase account, easily made an appt online to come in to finish the process in person, and had a great experience with Kenadee, who patiently explained the process and made sure we were comfortable.

First time going there and I had the best experience ever. I was in and out real quick got everything I needed and the teller (Cynthia) was very welcoming and very helpful. Very professional.

Kimberly is the most helpful agent i have spoken too i had made a phone to fix an error transaction she also gave a follow up call to update me on my situation and no chase bank has ever done that, she’s kind and nice and super helpful really needs a raise !!! great job Kimberly your the best !!!
