It has the fuel, not too many homeless on the property but there are many surrounding it. The people inside are nice, the store is tiny but it has essentials.

Is the closest gas station that i can walk to without having a heat stroke. The gentleman inside is always polite and super nice. I just go to buy snacks or emergency food when im too lazy to go to Walmart or supermarket
