The food is good. The staff the last three times I’ve gone ( last two and a half months ) have been very short, not friendly/ seem annoyed when you ask for extra rice, sauce , etc. hopefully they can get friendlier people to work at the location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my food and the service. The manager, Marques came to my table and was professional, kind and super friendly and very handsome. I'm bringing the ladies in my crotchet class to see him. Marques made my day.?

Floor were sticky and dirty, none of the employees cleaned, food was really bad, also too expensive, portions are small, like they don't want to put much food on the plate. Service was not good as well, waa a mistake in our order and we had to pay again. The barbacoa was super salty and the stake chewy and cold. Very disappointed

Gave this location another try since I heard they had new management, and I am glad I did. My order was ready fast, the guacamole was fresh and everything tasted great!

The food was horrible the service was horrible!!! I took my complaints to the office supervisor and got a refund for my order!! From now on I'll go to the restaurant to get my orders. Will never order on line ?? again!!!

Second time in 12 months that my wife and I have eaten at this location and gotten sick within 30 minutes of eating their food.Yesterday was the last time having lunch there. Perhaps a visit from Consumer Health and Food Safety is needed.

I love Chipotle, but my experience yesterday was not good, at all. I got to work and the guac was Black. It was so disgusting. I have a picture of it and I hope that they return my money or give me a gift card. I have a picture of what that meal looked like. I am a teacher and my lunch time is limited. I could not go back. It was not a good experience

Carne was a bit dry but I got everything I wanted. Extra rice all the way, and definitely get the black beans. Some of the tables were dirty but I went pretty late (about an hour to close) so they were probably busy doing other things.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to chipotle and I enjoyed it. The food was great. It got me super full and it was quick service.

I want to start off by saying I love chipotle and every location is amazing, except this one. The employees act like they don’t understand English even tho they’re speaking it perfectly fine to charge me. They don’t understand what extra cheese means, and will pretend to add more cheese even tho you asked for extra.. Just go to the location in front of the Tucson mall for a better experience. At least they listen. I would like to add that the cheese is my favorite part so I’m really hurt.

Who ever is managing this place is terrible at it. Allowing your employees to run out of food at 9pm? Seriously, no chicken, no steak, no carne asada, only Barbacoa or sofrita. Like cmon you have business for another
