After being with them for over a year, I've decided to move on and here is why. Every time I scheduled an appointment, I was put in the closet to shut up.But I will not, Greece always forgets to block for my appointment, forgets to show up for appointments, taken efforts to do hair cut not to my asking, but to her opinion for my hair. And put other people in my appointment time and acts like it is no big deal to have me wait longer for which should of been my appointment time. Poor service!!!!!

I asked for my hair not to be cut much, she took off over 4 inches, and when I brought up its short she said no its not. asked to darken my hair and it was lightened , I showed a picture of a dark balyage and instead she made me completely blonde with a shadow root. I am so disappointed. I would have much preferred that they say they couldn't do it vs botching my hair

Robert has a gift. He has an eye and the skill to make me very happy with his work. I am more than pleased with how my hair came out. He listens, gives great feedback and has the gift. I have a lot of hair. Not just anyone can bring it to its full potential. I am feeling more than grateful.

In need of a change, I took a leap this morning and gave Christian a call hoping for a same day cut and color absolutely surprised that I was accommodated. Robert was so freaking amazing, conversation was easy and he gave me exactly what I needed without me knowing that I wanted it! I will definitely be a repeat customer and cannot recommend him enough, what an amazing experience. Photos simply do not do my color justice! Amazing!!!

Best place in town to get a haircut. If you are having a bad day, they all make you feel welcome and you are happy when you leave. Adriana it's amazing at her craft. I was walked out beautiful.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I had my hair done by DONNA, who completely fried my hair. I have tried to reach out to her very nicely and she blocked my number. I've tried to reach out to the salon multiple times and left multiple messages and have yet to hear a response. I used to have the most beautiful blonde curly hair, and Donna ruined it. I am so upset and not sure what to do

1st time @ this Salon....Came in with fuzzy, dull, damaged, hair with zero style...left the salon with Gorgeous Color, Silky, Shiny, Smooth hair with a Perfect Cut. ROBERT is one of the Best hairdressers I've been to in Years....Robert is TRULY GIFTED..!!! I've found my Salon.....Thank You ?
