Purchased our appliance from Will at Christie's on Ina & LaCholla. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Francisco made the delivery and install. Both Will and Francisco are excellent at customer service. Highly recommend Christie's.

David was very helpful and was able to direct us to the right washer and dryer for our needs. We missed a sale from GE by a day and told him we’d wait for another sale since we weren’t in a hurry. To our surprise, he called later that same day to offer us the sale price which was almost a $400 savings on the pair! We bought the next day and the pair were delivered a week later at our request. Francisco and Josh did a great job delivering and setting the units up. They were efficient, careful, friendly and thorough. This is the fourth appliance we’ve purchased from Christie’s and we’ll go there again the next time we need a new appliance!

We purchased 5 high end appliances from Christies including a $3,000 GE Profile refrigerator. The refrigerator came broken and dented, so two days later they brought a second refrigerator and it too was dented. By now we no longer wanted a GE Profile refrigerator as we felt their quality is poor. We said we'd pay more for another brand refrigerator but they refused to exchange it. So they installed the third GE Profile refrigerator and within 7 weeks the ice maker stopped working. Again we asked to exchange the refrigerator for another brand but they refused. They just want to push GE products and do not care about their customers. We will never do business with Christies again.

No response from Christies on my issue...When we returned to Tucson for the winter, we found that the display panel of our 18-month-old Cafe dual fuel range ( model C2S900P2M2S1) was lit but not responding to any key touches. I tried turning the power on and off, etc. but could not get the touch panel to work. On Friday, October 27 we had a visit from one of your service people for a repair. I believe his name was Christoph. He removed the panel and attempted to diagnose the problem by reseating the connectors and visually inspecting the panel. He was unable to get it to work. As he was doing this, I saw that he had laid the stainless steel manifold panel (part number WB36X31634) down directly on the range frame. I was worried about scratches and brought him a towel to lay down under the manifold. He put everything back together and said the replacement panel would cost about $620. I thanked him for coming out but wanted to see if I could purchase the panel myself and save some money. He was fine with that and said to call back if we wanted him to do the replacement. I paid him the trip fee of $99. After he left, we saw that several very noticeable scratches were present in three parts of the manifold. See attached photos. I also tried several more key presses and found that pressing and holding the Settings key reset the panel and solved the problem. Shame on me for not trying that earlier. Shame on Christoph for not trying that during his visit.I would like you help with two problems. The scratches on the manifold panel are very visible and I would like Christies to replace it. I would also like the $99 trip charge refunded. Will you take care of this for me?

Eric from Christie's Appliance went above and beyond to fix the water dispenser in my GE fridge. All my appliances are from Christie's. I would not shop any place else.

My experience with this location started off good, but ended up horrible! The interaction with the sales rep was good enough, so good my wife & I made the decision to purchase 1 of those washer/dryer combo units you see them advertise on TV. The purchase procedure was good, the gentlemen who delivered & set up the unit couldn't have been any nicer or professional, & the follow up maintenance guy that came out was OK,, he certainly toed the Christie's line. However, please be advised that once Christie's delivers an appliance, you are dead to them! After 3 days, we decided we wanted a regular sized washer & dryer, & advised our sales person that we wanted to exchange what we purchased for another unit.........did not ask for a refund, only to exchange & pay the difference, which was more, for something else. After visiting by phone with his "manager", we were advised that Christie's would not take back the unit, that since the manufacturer wouldn't take the unit, they wouldn't either. We were advised that if a maintenance person came out & found something wrong with the unit, then they might consider making the exchange. As mentioned earlier, the maintenance guy come out, he was nice, but of course couldn't find anything wrong with the unit. He kept pointing out that some of our concerns were in the Owner's Manual, but Catch-22 time..........we didn't get the manual until the unit was delivered, too late for any consideration from Christie's. Of course, we won't patronize Christie's ever again, not that they care. Please, if you go there, before you purchase anything, be sure that you like it, because you're going to be stuck with it!

I really wish I'd checked yelp first instead of relying on a friend's recommendation because apparently they used to be good but they sure aren't anymore. The salesman was friendly if a little high pressure to get a different brand of dishwasher than we had picked out but that's his job. The price was the e same as all the other stores. We went to Christie's for the service and sadly that's where things went horribly wrong. We paid an extra $149 for installation and we're scheduled for between 8-12 on Saturday. On Friday afternoon we got a message that they were coming Saturday between noon and five instead. We were fourth on the route. So we waited all day for installation. At five we got a call that he still had one more stop before us and it was a full kitchen and did we still want him to come out because it would be late, around 7. We said yes and waited more. At six we got a call that he was still in Oro Valley and wouldn't come to install until Monday. We said okay but we want to be first. Monday morning they arrived with the dishwasher but didn't install it because they said the hole wasn't big enough and left, taking the installation kit with them. So we made the hole bigger and paid another $49 for them to come install the dishwasher between noon to five on Friday. At 2:30 on Friday he said they weren't coming and we could have it installed on Saturday. We said we want to be first stop so we could make our appointment we had for that day. Saturday morning they arrived and kind of installed the dishwasher. They forgot to take the plug out of the garbage disposal until they had started the test cycle so it couldn't drain and got an error code. They also left it sticking out from t e cabinet about two inches. They said it was properly installed and a repair technician would have to come out and fix the error code or get us a new unit and it would be Monday before that would happen. Five minutes later I got a text asking me to rate my installation and I said everything that I said here. They said I would get a call on Monday to discuss my problems but the only call I got was from the repair guy scheduling a time to come out and clear the error codes. The dishwasher finally runs now, although it still sticks out two inches. Not that anyone at Christie's cares. I'm going to see if my dad and I can unscrew it and push it in flush and then reattach it so that it doesn't look terrible. I paid $1200 and I shouldn't have to put up with it looking jury rigged. So stick with the big box stores. The service will probably be better. It couldn't be worse.

I recently purchased a Monogram double wall oven, a Monogram microwave and an LG refrigerator. The sales staff has been excellent. Today I took delivery of the refrigerator. The delivery people, Marcus and Andrew, were exceptional. Beyond expectations. They were very polite and engaging. They were meticulous in installing the appliance, taking extra time to make it perfectly level. Between the Doug and the sales staff and the delivery people, it makes you want to buy more. They also informed me the do their own service work. Anyone who has required service on an appliance knows the benefit of this service.

Called for repair of my GE (monogram) refrigerator that was dripping water on the floor and also had a noisy fan motor. ******* took all my information over the phone and promptly informed me that ***** ( technician) would be out the next day to service.***** was able to fix the the leak ( drain plug iced up) and replaced my noisy fan motor. ***** was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I really liked the ** (artificial intelligence) that they employ to let me know via text and email of when ***** will arrive and any communication that needs to be done . The tracking system they employ lets you know via a map where you are on the schedule and also where your Technician is in relation to coming to your house. You can track his schedule via the map which makes it wonderful that youre not wondering where he is.

My dad and I went to look at new washers, since ours was beyond repair and found the perfect one almost at once. Zach was extremely helpful and we were basically in and out with no problems at all

Terrible customer service. Got a damaged refrigerator and they are charging me to fix it. I even got the extended warranty. The door is practically falling off. Ridiculous!
