I went to a 24-7 circle K and the doors were locked, so I figured they had to go to the bathroom, but over a half hour later and then people saying they have been waiting for an hour. I finally left, went to the nearest Circle K. The doors were also locked now neither of these places had signs saying they would be back in 15 minutes or whatever. . What’s going on?

Claims to be 24/7 but good luck trying to come in anywhere from midnight to 630am 99% of the time will have a "closed" sign or a "be right back sign" always a solid 5 to 6 hours that they're completely closed and the employee is just sitting there on they're phone without a care in the world. Great business with workers who don't care. Will be the last time I come here after being a customer for 10+ years

Pulled up on fumes in my motorhome . Walk up to the door ..just as I reach for the door she puts a sign up saying be back at 9pm..it was currently 7pm..I asked please can I just pay for gas .I'm on empty ..She stated "no we had a ruckus" and shut the door .horrible customer service..not the first time at this location .this combat veteran whovserved this country in a war says no tobthis location

Went to this location this morning "Nick", very rude employee, had the store locked up with sign on the door saying he was closed till 5 am. With 3 cars waiting in the parking lot I watched Nick do absolutely nothing in the store except stand behind the counter. I guess he got tired of doing nothing so he then unlocked the door the came outside to smoke. I asked Nick when is this store closed he said he closes it from 2am to 5 am. I said why is that when is a 24 hr store? He said circle k is no longer 24 hrs. I asked since when? He then said for about 4 years lol. Why did circle k on their own website say that they are? And why is circle k paying Nick to keep customers out for 3 hrs while he stands outside and smokes? So every night Nick works and if he has that store closed 3 hrs a night that's 3 hrs of revenue this store is losing. This employee needs to be retrained or replaced, absolutely stealing time and money from circle k. Very rude employee, zero customer service. All other circle k stores down grant by the way were open, just not Nick.

One of the better circle k stores. Efficient workers and not too much bum presence. Gas is readily available though sometimes the gas filling area does get crowded, typically during morning rush hour with construction workers, 3 o'clock and 5 o'clock traffic. Other than that there isn't anything to complain about.

Mr. William aka will I am, as I go to know him in the short, but true and open real human interaction. You, circle K corp are very fortunate to have this type of person representing your brand. A true man that makes you feel heard, inviting, and important in the moment, of an every day transaction at the corner store. Real people are hard to come by these days. Went to ask for a pump change at 820pm cashier said she could not do it because i did not get a reciept when i purchased it. A fight ensued

I used to patronize this circle K but no longer. The employees stand right in front of the store smoking and I can stand the smell of cigarette smoke. I think there is a law here in Arizona that you have to be so many feet from a main entrance when your smoking.

Every time i come here the pump cant produce a receipt. They closed the whole store and i couldnt get a copy of purchase. Not happy about that! This location is busy and not clean. The people are nice but the store is trash!

Paid EBT for drinks so I couldn't use self checkout after I paid for my drinks requested gas and a gentleman was already using self checkout.Again, I'm at the register and the clerk refused to allow me to pay for gas

Manager is kind of rude to both employees and customers. They used to have a cashier named Matt that was there a few months ago, he was amazing had a great attitude and above amazing customer service skills. Should definitely bring him back, other than that the overnight guy Nick is awesome but the rest of their crew is a joke to say the least. Especially the lazy assistant manager Lindsey.. she's smokes cigarettes more than she works.

This circle k is ghetto and the employees there are very rude tonight I'm getting off work and go inside to purchase something for my wife and the employee there starts treating me like I'm going to steel from the store . They tried to make me leave my bag with all my important stuff in there at there door on the floor . They are very disrespectful and rude yeah people do steel but you know what not everyone does that. Then I start getting told I could leave since I didn't want to leave my stuff on the floor by the door . I hope they truly change there perspectives out here towards hard working individuals and get there customer service up a little better . Maybe this location should start teaching there employees some customer service lessons . Horrible experience I would never go there again that's for sure and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either .
