I noticed that most people are complaining about the same employee who works nights. What is the point of leaving any feedback when you don't take care off the issue? I agree with everyone else who reported the night employee! He is angry, rude, I have reported him twice now!I live around the corner from this store but I have stopped going to any Circle K as many others have. Until you let this employee go! He is the one with all the facial hair. Please listen, Circle K is losing a lot of business because nothing is done about this issue!

Is it OK for an employee to taunt the homeless? The individual working this morning got aggressive with a gentleman that is known for talking to himself, he got physical and even kicked him in the head. This is the second time seeing him get aggressive with the homeless, he literally leaves the store and gets cheered on by the construction workers that are remodeling. The speaker that is supposed to be used for communicating with customers buying gas , he uses it to yell and cuss people out! Me nor my family go to this Circle K anymore.

This place can close doors from 1am on. I feel they should close from 2am on. This way the you can buy your alcoholic beverages and not have to go further out from where you live to buy alcohol. Besides the owner is losing out on money cause his employees are closing doors before last call.

Horrible worker at night. Chubby dude with beard and curly hair. He's rude for no reason. Couldnt even put gas in my car because he told me to leave else where?

The mixed guy with long hair is very disrespectful I will NEVER shop here again he gets multiple complaints and still is working there I'm disappointed and boycotting all circle ks

Never go to this circle k if the night guy is working. The store is super nasty the guy is rude and disrespectful! He makes everyone feel uncomfortable and is very creepy! He doesn’t seem to be afraid of being fired because he will cuss out customers and I’m sure the manager doesn’t care. I will absolutely never return here even if it’s close to my house, this is probably why every location is closing. It could a a negative 5 start that would be more acceptable!

They have to do something about the night shift employee. If he really hates his job this much, mistreating people he shouldn't working there. Last time I was there and he was talking to the elderly customer like if he was dumb, he should understand that elderly people need to help with self check out. This location is the closest to my house and now I refuse to ever go there again. My neighbors are also aware with this employee.

I went there to buy a couple of soda and I went to the self-checkout and when I asked help to double bag these two bottles because I'm handicapped I only have one good at hand he wouldn't help me bag my items he said while you use the self-checkout you got to do everything yourself no matter what and I'm handicap I I use a cane to get around and you don't tell somebody that's disabled that you can't help them because they use the self checkout another customer had to help me out that guy does not deserve a job he has long hair white dude I don't remember the color of the hair and I think he's got to goatee and he just don't deserve a job cuz you got to have a good customer service when you work at any kind of store his boss needs to get on to him

Yeah, complaining about the same night employee everyone else has been! He is always miserable, mean and rude to everyone. Probably should think about going to therapy and getting a new job. I often turn around and leave when I see him at the counter— the only time I’ve ever witnessed an altercation between a patron and an employee is when he is the cashier. Really horrid, unpleasant man. (Also, he wears a facemask, but I’ve never seen it on his mouth or nose, only covering his double-chin??)

Graveyard shift employee is the rudest person ever! He refused to ring me up and told me I had to do it myself which I tried, mind you iv never used the self checkout before and he called me d*** when I asked for his help. He refused to help me and told me to f’n figure it out myself! Wow is this the way he treats everyone that comes into this store! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CIRCLE K! Get rid of this guy! I will never spend my money at this location again! Poor customer service!

Extremely rude and very lazy. They force you to use the self check out and then catch an attitude with you about not knowing how to use it.Update.The over night employee don or what ever his real name is, is absolutely awful to absolutely everyone in the store absolutely disgusting how he treats people and talks to people and will kick you out if he does not like your race apparently and will use racial slurs at you as well! he need to be fired asap! what a nasty store for letting such an awful person work there extremely racist and disrespectful with the absolute worst Costomer service. Will be contacting corporate and will leave an update!
