Eric is so disrespectful and acted like I was bothering him for making sure I get push and click savings. He tried to lie to me and state he couldn't honor discount that was advertised because it was an manufactuor discount which was not true; 2 hours prior I was in same location and purchased same exact item at discounted price. There was also a fellow Rio Vista parent in there that also experienced the same situation and of course Eric was rude to them as well regarding discount price not being honored as advertised. I live very close to this location and am frequent customer and after 6 years to experience this type of bad customer service is offsetting.

At checkout the cashier kindly reminded me to enter my phone number and I saved over a dollar with the rewards card/APP.

Cashier were rude ..service was really bad .. I hope the main management office train and teach employees how to welcome and respect customers .

I was just here for gas and a 5hr energy. The gas was cheap (I live in CA so it was half price per gallon to me) but they didn't have any 5hr energy for my drive home. The surrounding area was a little "off", but I was able to get the gas, clean the bugs off the windshield and be on my way.

whenever I go to this Circle K in particular and the one off prince and oracle it always smells putrid the second i step in the door. As well as it feel almost sticky or like glue when i walk over the tile especially in my rubber boots, like peeling off a sticky note with your feet every step.

I just saw a gentleman who is over 21 yes of age get denied a purchase of wine because the girls who walked into the store with him (he didn’t even know them) were under 21. He then asked if came back later and walked in alone if he could buy the wine and the two VERY rude employees (one male with a weird haircut one very large female with reddish hair) told him no because it’s still a third party purchase. First of all, it is against the law to sell alcohol to someone who is in the company of an underage person. If that were the case, parents would NEVER be able to drink again until their kids turn 21. Please educate your employees because if the man who’d been denied purchase was an irrational man it would’ve caused a scene.

Colleen seems to be under the impression everyone that rides a bike knows each other. Super unprofessional. Didn't catch the other gentlemens name but he was extremely aggressive. Heavyset with the sides of his head shaved.

You can't deny someone alcohol because they are accompanied by somebody underage? So you're telling me parents can never drink alcohol? You're not even sure whether or not those "girls" accompanying the guy is his "underage" friends in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very dirty and gross. Some guy was sitting on the ground didn't even realize he was employee. No name tag no uniform and lack of personal hygine.Employees have an IQ of 3 all together. Needs better management and training on customer service.

Better make sure you come in completely alone if you want to buy alcohol or make sure all the strangers in the store and parking lot have their ids ready

On 7/19/22 the employee on the night shift 11:51 pm says he is taking a break and no one can come in and proceeds to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Crazy how lazy people are
