Paid for my Starbucks coffee then had an employee ask me if I’m going to pay for it as I’m walking out of the door , I would like an apology from her directly wether or not you accused me based of the color of my skin or the fact that your store is riddled with homeless and constantly combating a high theft rate well guess what that’s not my problem so you lost a loyal customer

Never in my life have I seen a circle k that is closed as much as this one. 6am for morning coffee closed for shift change, 9pm closed for stocking. It also becomes window only after 10pm and the employees will not grab most things because of the window. Just save time and go to QT.

I tried to add money to my cash app card. I was told “We don’t do that here.” By the Manager Pauly extremely rude, no eye contact - even though it clearly shows that your store does!
Do better!

This store is so ghetto. Sign on the door this morning at 615am saying store closed due to staffing, new day. What does that even mean? Mean while there is the store clerk, mid age heavier women with dark hair in the store with about 4 or 5 of her friends. After my husband and another upset customer ask what the hell you can have 5 people in here talking with you but you can not helpmis, paying customers? Than she opens the door to say some bs story and tells these friends of hers to come back in 15 mins after she clears us out! Never will I go back to this store and will be making a phone call later to find out if this is a corporate or individually owned store and make a formal complaint!

This is a very poor location the ice and soda machine never works and the attitude from the employees is very poor as well especially for those that are not coming into steel everybody the same

Dont waste your time here go to QT.
What else do you need? How about employees to do their job? They don't fill the waters n when you ask a employees if he/she can get you a water they say i can't go to the back I'm the only one here so why was I standing in a empty store for 2 min. N watched you come from the back. You just can't be bothered to do your job got it.
They work hard just so they don't have to do the job they get paid for...

Every time I come to this circle k it’s closed. I see employees inside. Doors locked. No sign in the window. It’s already a risk to come to this one, much less have to wait for it to actually be open.

I'll give this circle k 2 stars just because of a couple guys that work in the afternoon other than that I will walk twice as far or drive across town to go somewhere else for gas or food. The people that work graveyard especially are rude and many times just stand there having a personal conversation while.making eye contact with me knowing I'm waiting to purchase something (including the girl who is manager). During the day the self check out machine wasn't taking my cash,( I was holding my 11 month old.son who is a chunker), the girl says she will help me put the gas on her register yet continues to take 3 other customers before I said something and she took my money with an attitude. Many other example but I'd rather go to qt and pay more than deal with most of circle ks.employees

Always good customer service. Just beware that not all people are going to be in an agreement with our political views 100% all the time. Plus discussing politics has its time and place. The check out at a circle K with the cashier isn't ever going to be a good place or time.

Personal experience I have been a honest paying regular since I moved into the area. This morning and I went in to get a coffee in which I've already prepaid for on the sip & save Mgr approached saying another staff claims they had problems w me the days before & something about donuts. I made it clear that it has to be a case of mistaken identity so she went & reviewed her video from the days before, came out showed me a photo admitting it clearly was not me. Then said even if its a regular ive had regulars steal from me too, # 1 I do not steal. #2 I am a regular # 3 u can not judge me based on what other past regulars have done. Do not Profile me based on my looks, scars, others actions or Anything.. I have always paid not only have I always paid but most of time I pay ahead w sip & save for coffee. I understand keeping theft away from store but also please understand treating everyone as a possible thief is no way of customer service.not to be rude . But obviously this is not the first time something like this happened toe at this store. I don't steal do not harass me unless you have actual valid proof of your claim otherwise I also give good reviews when I am treated equally as a paying customer. Thanku have a nice day.
