Look I understand the issues that might arise with this store but that being said the staff itself are hard working people who care about this community and do the best they can last nights staff busted his ass to achieve the circle k standard’s and maintain the safety and overall shopping experience that I really needed after a long day I love you I love everybody

Good service and the guy that is overnighter he’s responsible and respectful and he has the store clean and never been rude to customers I love coming to this store after 10 pm he’s very nice

Stopped here to use the men's bathroom real quick, and I gotta say—most disappointing experience of my life. No TP, no hand towels, no soap, no air-dryer. 😂 I knew Circle K was bummy, but I didn't know they were this bummy. No locks on the bathroom entrance door either—which would probably be a good thing. The bathrooms are closed from 10 pm to 6 am, because of junkies I'm assuming.

It takes a lot to make me unhappy. This place was unfortunately one of them. A typical rest-stop location provides the basics. A washroom. This location chooses not to clean their restrooms. The main person on duty told us that their restrooms were closed because they were unsanitary. I think they were too lazy to bother keeping them clean. Terrible. We went to a nearby QT station and spent our $$ there instead. Bad, bad. Avoid this location if you can.

We have stopped at many gas stations/convenience stores over the years, this one is the grossest as far as cleanliness goes. Restrooms were disgusting. Notes are taped on the door stating they try to keep them clean but obviously don't.
Employees were friendly though. With the filth in the store I was afraid to buy anything.

Big guy who works 3rd shift is extremely rude and obnoxious. No matter what you ask him, he's answer is always NO. Always has the store locked for and hour or more 3AM. There were 5 people standing waiting one night, he's usually out smoking cigarettes or 420. He's always eating right in front of you getting food all over the place. He has to look at your EBT receipt before giving it to you, for your information, it's NONE of your business what our balances are. I know help is hard to find but dam CircleK you can do better than this guy. I go to the other store now...

There were two girls behind the counter talking and no one else in the store. I used the coffee machine and pressed the button for large and put the coffee into a larger cup so I could add a lot of ice. I told the lady at the counter that I had a large coffee with ice and she said I had to pay for two extra large coffees because of the cup size. I told her the rest was ice and that I only pressed the Large coffee button once. She then made me go grab a cup so she could double charge me. I grabbed a large cup again telling her I only pressed the L button so I'm not paying for two XL coffees. She refused to ring up my item. I told her how she was acting. She tried to grab my cup from me. I put three dollars in the counter and left. Disgusting

I really had to use the restroom, but when I went in it was locked. I waited there for 5 minutes before an employee finally walked up and told me they were closed. There were no signs or anything.The employee that told me they were closed was so rude and laughed at me.

I went there this evening and one of their employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. They snapped at me because I ACCIDENTALLY stepped in a puddle they left right by the register. That's ridiculous and I hope they get fired.After that I had to go back in because the cheap circle k cup I had broke, and their register took like 8 tries to work which was annoying after being treated poorly by their employee

They always greet you when you enter & very helpful especially when my sip & save number gives me problems cause I paid 4 it at the La Canada/Lambert store but when I go 2 the other stores they say I need 2 pay 4 another renewal subscription & they always make me pay 4 it again that in January 2023 I paid 4x, February I paid 4x, March I paid 2x @ 10bucks a pop I'm not very happy about it please fix the problem it's very expensive cause now I always have 2 ask 4 my receipts 2 prove I paid 4 it not a good experience everytime I've visited because I keep forgetting it at home but I need my coffee & donuts 4 work so I'm forced 2 pay if I want 2 start my work day out right with my fresh coffee & donuts it's really embarrassing because of all the many customers behind waiting on my situation & I haven't got my wallet with me it's so humiliating I'm ready 2 just give up on it already...

Adriana register number 2, I walked into pumping gas and needed some pods for my Enjoy. I provided her with my ID and I told her that everybody Ides me because I look like I'm 17 years old. She then responded that I need to stop playing and she could no longer assist me or sell me pods. It seems like it was personal against me just in the future Adriana, I would recommend that you would use your active listening skills before you make assumptions I wasn't going to argue because it's not worth it I was simply trying to relate and share my experience with you like I do with all circle K representatives and never had an issue like this. To each your own have a great day! I'll just find a new circle k to go to with personalities that actually enjoy working.
