Circle Ks have really gone downhill over the years, in large part because the company seems to be more committed to its C-suite executives than their customers—or the rank-and-file employees who take care of those customers. This Circle K location is one of the worst offenders. No matter how busy it is, it's always understaffed—enough so that stuff is neglected. Pumps will be out of receipt paper, and the cleaning solution will be nearly evaporated from the squeegee bins.
On top of that, if you go inside the store, they try to force you to use their self-pay kiosk instead of a live cashier. The last time that happened to me, a random item appeared on my ticket without my noticing. I only saw it after I had paid. The person behind the counter seemed annoyed that I asked for a refund. She should have been more annoyed that her lousy company doesn't staff its stores better. That mistake wouldn't have happened with a flesh-and-blood cashier. Besides, I don't get a paycheck from Circle K. I shouldn't have to ring up my own stuff.
This company needs to replace its executives with AI and let the employees run the show. What a joke.

A great place to get an addicted guy or girl heavy on addiction. Circle k the hammock on the street leading to the uphill drugs and girlfriends on the street.

Never had a problem at this location because the cashiers are really courteous and fast. Easy to find deals in the coolers and the wait is not long in line. Ready to eat sandwiches are always fresh. You do need to ask for a drink straw from a cashier if you need one for your Iced Coffee. Never harassed by transient people because they are not permitted to camp on premises. Plus this location doesn't smell like a dirty toilet. Plenty of parking.

Probably ( no definitely) the rudest people I have ever interacted with in my life. ( cashiers) If you wear a backpack you will definitely be yelled at, followed, embarrassed and just treated like a piece of garbage.
I will never return to this store ever again and hope you don't either. Go to qt down the street if you want to ne treated like a human being.

Circle K really does have good specials on food, drinks, and propane.Because they have so many good specials, it is likely that folks on hard times will shop here. And you know what they need a place to do it at. This is a clean Circle K wide and spacious.For the rest of us:Get your snacks.Get your gas.Get your Polar Pop.Get going.On the plus side, the gas bay area is large enough to fit RV's.

I used to avoid this Circle K because of bad experiences 1-2 years ago but had to stop in recently while doing errands. I was pleasantly surprised! Great service and overall great experience. Whatever changes management has been making lately have been a huge improvement!

Tiffany was very helpful in the store on speeday/Craycroft, she has great customer service skills and circle k ness more employees like her. Definitely will be returning because of amazing service from manager.
