I drive all the way from the South side to the North side at Stone and Fort lowel
It's until a halfway on the freeway that I realized my coffee is messed up and it's cold and it tastes horrible
All the way in the South side at Nogales. Highway in 6th Avenue is the first Circle K. I come across. I stopped and I currently asked her if I can just get a new coffee
She politely says yes
But then realizes it is from a different store even though I already told them that
And proceeds to call me a liar telling me that I need to go back to the original store which would have been like an hour. Drive to Go All the Way Back There and All the Way Back here. Because I'm a liar and I don't like being called a liar. Especially when I buy Circle K coffee every single day. You know what? I'd rather be a liar than a whatever she is and I don't want to tell you what I was calling her because I was calling her. Some pretty nasty things cause I don't like being called a liar
My coffee was cold. It was messed up, just fix it. Don't tell me. I need to drive all the way back to the North side when I've already driven from the South side to the North side for 2 hours and then drive for another 2 hours. That's ridiculous. You have no idea how far already driven

On 3/5 have to be the rudest,laziest people I have ever come across. I really believe they think the world revolves around them and they don't give a damn about the customer 😒

Customer service sucks the employees suck they don't answer the phone if they do they just answer it hang it up money order system has been off line not working for 4 months it needs new management new workers something cause whoever's working at management it's not working

Your new staff sucks, new management sucks put Jenny on shifts more often she is a hard worker seen her handle cigarette runs and have a bigger set then most of the men there clean up too fix your sodas and set id validation for your lottery saw 16 yr old buying tickets

If there was an option I’d give zero stars Rebecca needs to go over company policies not everyone wants to smell her cigarette smoke at the entrance of the door she also turned down at least 5 customers including my self because she was to busy smoking with her co worker and a homeless man

For being 24/7 this circle k is always close and it doesn't matter what time it is day or night the old lady who works there never wants to work just close the store and sit around

Giving 4 stars cuz your employees have to close the doors and I can't use your store because they have to lock the doors to take a break. And 4 cuz the staff is great. But the lady tonight does not deserve the rude men she had in there because the computer overcharged them. She was not rude to them. She was only factual and I know it was probably her first night. So please don't take their word for it. She was a good lady. I was there and I helped defend her and heard what went on.
