On 10/14/23, I watched a homeless guy grab bags of chips and donuts and walk out without paying. Circle K is doing nothing to prevent homeless people from shoplifting. As a result, regular, honest people have to pay higher prices. At some point regular people will start to walk out without paying--then Circle K will be out of business. Did you think of that Circle K?

I dont have a problem waiting for the cashier to finish her duties to help check me out. But when she asks if I'm on food stamps then mumbles junk to herself because I said no mam I'm paying cash and I need tobacco products, she said can refuse my service because I refused to do the self check out!? This is unacceptable! This is an older community and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way encounter was today at 8:30 am with a heavy set Caucasian lady with blonde hair

If I was able to put -0 I will!!! The cashier is terrible her name is Deborah, which I will make a formal complaint to the Corporate Office. I got her in video how she was on my face screaming at me to get out due to the outage. I was purchasing lottery tickets on the machine when the lights when off, but I had already enter my debit card, and wanted to ask her if the money comes out if I can get a note or something that I did not get my tickets because of the outage. When Deborah started screaming and walk to my face, screaming at me “to get out!!!” I understand the protocols/procedures, I also work a know about protocols and procedures, I’m an Accountant for 14 years so is not that I don’t understand, however I was just going to ask her a question when she went off on me in front of another customer and another employee. Deborah was at my face screaming, when I told her I was going to video her, she took a few steps back away from my face and started telling me their protocols but with a lower tone and away from my face. What she did not know, I was already recording so I have her showing her real customer service skills to her fake one. Which I will be happy to send to the Corp. Office, this type of treatment from any person no matter the race from either side should be allow. Add her photo but the videos will definitely will be send to the Corp office so Deborah does not abuse her position or power at Circle K again.

This is one of the smaller Circle K's. It's not too bad for a quick pick up of items like milk, soda, cigarettes, alcohol and hot coffee.... They have a decent selection of necessities in the food category. Prices are a little high, but it's to be expected when you use a convenience store. There is usually no more than a three-person wait in the checkout line.

Nice well lit 24hr Circle K. Has everything you would expect in one, but even more. They sold fresh flowers to my surpise. Friendly customer service too!

PA LEEAZE!!! THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!! THEY WORK THEIR BALLS OFF DOING the J O B of FOUR PEOPLE!! GIVE EM A BREAK!! YES, the milk thing is a little problem sometimes! GO ACROSS THE STREET, SEE IF THEY ARE ANY BETTER THAN THIS STORE! Think you'll find out they're serviced by the SAME MILK DUDE!! I have personally bought a gallon of the whole milk there and it was sour! But they IMMEDIATELY EXCHANGED it.. Susan is a very nice person and I have always been treated respectfully there by all of the staff..
