I just went into the store to buy a couple energy drinks and had the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. The drinks I got were on sale, two for four dollars. When the clerk rang me up right as I was paying, and it was accepting my card, she scanned the can a third time. When I asked her why she did it she immediately got extremely defensive and angry with me saying my transaction was done and it was separate. I checked my bank account and I was overcharged for the two I paid for and also charged for a third. I went back inside to fix the situation and I found out that this lady was the manager. She was extremely nasty towards me. I kept a level head and tried to speak to her like an adult, but she was very mean so I decided to leave. I will absolutely be contacting the general manager of this store. I understand that Circle K’s are not the most high-end, but they cannot allow this kind of person to work in a customer service environment.

One of the cashiers accused my girlfriend of being a drug dealer and refused her service, making a spectacle of her infront of the other customers. Whoever runs this Circle K should look at the tapes for June 25, she also kicked out a couple guys for asking her to open the alcohol fridge. Horrendous social skills and a complete lack of professionality.

It's againts the law to advertise and charge anything over the advertisement. The Gas said 2.66 I was charged at a rate of 2.99 per gallon. I will be reporting to bbb this illegal activity. And yall lied to my grandma about the cost when she went for the change. The calculator doesn't lie!!!! Do better! Smh! Negative stars if I could.

This is the worst circle k staff in the history of circle k! They're so rude,2 cashiers walked off to take care of personal business while it was my turn next with a fountain soda. They ignored me , now they can drink it, I refuse to be treated like a schoolkid! I won't stop shoplifters ever again at this store! One cashier was shouting they gave $30 to a customer accidentally!

I don't know how this store is always closed! They close the store to smoke hang out with their friends! So weird, because this is the neighborhood circle k in my neighborhood and every since they hired this new night crew... this place is basically running on there time! Please hire responsible people!

Good morning,. I filled the tank on 9/1/2022 and saved $0.40 per gallon. Next day everyone is telling me I should have received a $0.20 discount card for September. Why didn't I get one? Should the employees standing outside the store handed them out? Can I still receive one? Thank you, Diana
