I don't live on that side of Town but I go out of my way to go to Circle k on 1st fortLowell great staff the morning guys Stacy Rebecca don't remember all the ladies but they are wonderful I enjoy the cookies great customer service however they are dealing with people stealing homelessness drug addiction at bus stop no police presence store theft is high at this location they need Security

This is one of the best circle Ks in the area. Most of the other circle Ks either aren't open after 10:00 p.m., 12:00 a.m. or 2:00 a.m. depending upon which schmuck is working. This circle k however is always open, sometimes between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. they do close for cleaning stocking etc, This is normal for most circle days nowadays. But this is the first circle k I have found that does not close down just because they got a delivery, or closed down for some BS update that's actually not happening, also I don't have to wait outside this one for 20 minutes for the clerk to finally notice me even though I am pounding on the door so they can come unlock it and let me in so I can purchase stuff. Long story short this is the best circle k you're going to find in this area, so if you see somebody stealing from this location feel free to close line them. By the way all the negativity is going to the one at Grant and Oracle they are absolutely freaking horrible, they need a new management and new crew because their service leaves everything to be desired.

Every time I come to this location at 4:30 am it's closed. The person overnight closes and locks the door and refuses to let people in. This is a 24 hr store that is to remain open and doesn't. I have complained to the manager multiple times about this person and nothing has been done. He has poor customer service. He shouldn't be working at a circle k. He puts up no notes what do ever to show he is temporarily closed for a specific reason.

I don't have a lot of nice to say there are some staff members that stand around out front and don't treat me any different because I'm being honest. Every morning I drive by The staff is standing around the side The chick and the two dudes I don't know who the they are but Not in staff clothing but if their management they shouldn't be standing around. Especially when they can clearly see the large group hanging in the parking lot on the other side on the property. And the people approaching our vehicles. The lot cam tells people to leave more than staff does. And one day your clerk gave me two packs of cigarettes for the price of one I thought that was odd but he didn't say s*** the next day so I thought maybe he did it on purpose.

Well it has a portable police camera in lot should tell you something.,and it's vandalized. The store isn't clean when was person who said that in there? 1976..it's homeless camp site the doors are disgusting NVR cleaned along with all windows since they tell everyone to use self check and there's 3-4 employees in it talking bullshitting etc ever hear ,,,,you got time to lean ,then u have time to clean ? I know stores have closed due to theft some over 2 million in a year, this one's next. They don't ever say anything to thiefs I do. I turned one in last week he stole 5 items hot food and there was a cop in parking lot so I turned his ass in they did arrest him ..STOP 🛑 THE THIEFS DAMN GET SOME BALLS THERE PUNKS .AND CLEAN UR STORE DOES YOUR HOME LOOK LIKE THAT??

I gas up here often. The restrooms are not available after certain hours. I'm an UBER Driver. Sometimes I need to use restroom, but don't bother going in because restrooms are not available.

The cashier was not friendly and was slow, there was only 2 people in front of me and the guy directly in front of me only had 1 item and u still stood on line for 5 minutes, she kept going to the other side of the counter to talk to a co-worker. She did not greet me, nor say thank you, hangs a good day or anything. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. Usually the cashiers are friendly.

Any store that puts "out of order" on the fountains but not the door gets one star. It makes me not want to come here at all since I can't trust that they aren't wasting my time.

Lots of gas pumps here and it was the lowest price I could find. However, there's a ton of trash everywhere around the premises. I'll give you guys a higher rating once all the trash is picked up. As another guy said, support QT instead. Who cares if it's a tiny bit more expensive sometimes—support great, clean companies. This area of town is just rough. Lots of homeless people.

This store used to be the best store in Tucson. The entire retail crew was amazing, they were friendly, they were funny, they were amazing. And then they switched everybody around now you have a bunch of chicks with a whole lot of attitude that shouldn't be there that shouldn't be working with customers there are two or three decent people left. Alasia is great, Lena is great and the young girl who just came back from having a baby is great, Lisa is great. Those are all from the original crew at circle k in the mornings. Now they have a bunch of chicks with a whole lot of attitude that should really just probably be working in offices by themselves and not around people at all
