Well, I wish I could give more stars . But, my experience wasn't as amazing I know I was disappointed in the overall exterior washing of the car. It wasn't at all worth the nearly $30 I paid!! I really feel like if I would've given a homeless person 5 to clean it he would've cleaned it more thoroughly n even do a detailed cleaning for $5 more. Not only did I LITERALLY SPEND WHAT I HAD because I was told it would be done great n I would be pleased. But I also paid Xtra for the packet of wipes for $5 which did the same job as the wash. I could kick myself in the butt for this costly mistake. However, the employees are personable Professionals.

Attendance are friendly and the monthly pass is worth the cost for getting a wash once or twice a week. 🫧 🚗

Highly disappointed this morning went to wash my vehicle before going to work and the guy working in the tunnel didn't guide me in properly nor did he give wipes like the rest normally do and he went right back in to the office very disappointed!!!

If you’re looking for the worst customer service ever, to be disrespected and talked down upon, and to be discriminated against by their new little white boy working there, then Clean Freak is for you! As a customer for nearly 7 years, I canceled my account because of the disgusting treatment I received from said employee. I forgot his name but he alleged to be a manager! I filled out a form on the Clean Freak site to speak to someone, and all they did was cancel my membership! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! MISTER CAR WASH IS THE SPOT!

Im no longer interested. I paid for the highest wash for over 2 years to later find out the tire wash never worked. And when I noticed your employees charged me 5 dollars to put tire chain every time. So I lower my wash and now im not good enough for a 20 cent discount circle K gas card... AND I WAS PAYING FOR 2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES. Please take note customers. The tire machine and wash never worked. And who knows what else...

This place isn't showing up on Google Maps. Unlike Mr. Car Wash this place has air hoses so you can spray out the dust in hard to reach areas. The only issues I have are that some of the vacuum hoses don't work and many of the ones that work don't have a very strong suction force.

My new car was dirty from the rain yesterday, so I brought it to Clean Freak. I used to be a member when I lived in Yuma, AZ, and was happy with them.
I paid $14 for a basic wash. When it was done, I pulled around to open my side mirrors again. That's when I saw soap running down the side and the rear still covered with dirt.
I will not be getting a membership in Tucson nor will I be returning.
