Man, where do I start? Let's just go the short story route. I would not buy from this store ever again. The people will call you and promise things that they won't honor. Then they get defensive. Then they keep calling you and tell you that your dumb if you order online because they will mess up my order and it won't be right. Then they stated that I have to order new lines for the washer and its mandatory in order to buy a washer from them. Not only that but thank God a woman name Kim help me. She is the most honest person there. Honestly, she should be the store manager. Alex is running a store with employee that aren't well behaved, ignorant, smart mouths and liars. Again, Kim was the most honest one there. I got my product on March 4th and asked about payment. They stated it would be sent to me and I have yet to receive anything. I went in and the lady and the gentle man up front couldn't find me and then said oops we found you under synchrony and that I had a two-year payment plan with no interest. Come to find out I call back in and Alex the incompetent manager was able to find it and gets frustrated when I tell him he needs to run the store better and have meetings with his employees. He stated the first day I had issues that is district manager was there and knew about the problem and didn't even pop in to speak with me, which is pretty sad.... I was honestly talking with them about buying a new fridge that was 2100 and a new dryer to match that's another 850 but honestly, I will be taking my money elsewhere. I hope corporate see this and fixes the issue. I have manager sales for almost 11 years, and this is very sad. I would be ashamed if my business was running like this. Kim gets 5 stars Alex and his team of goons zero stars if I could. Ps I still have texts from your employees showing how they offer things and go back on it.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. I went in with the intention of purchasing a couch only! However I found a headboard that I wanted. I was only going to purchase the headboard because it was in stock and the representative assured me it could be delivered in a timely manner. And it was also 50% off so I was interested. Then the manager pushed the sale by offering me 20% off my total order. OK great! So I found a couch that was honestly decent and I only went with it because the discount and again they assured me that I would have it delivered in a couple days. After the manager again pushed the sale by offering 20% he then proceeds to tell me all he can do is 15% after the order was basically already submitted ? long story short they come to deliver the couches and they were unable to get them in to my apartment. Little effort at that! So obviously the couches needed to be refunded. Once they took the couches off magically all discounts are taken off and now I have to pay for a DELIVERY FEE?! mind you I could’ve simply just bought the headboard and took it home myself. So now I’m stuck with this $700+ bill and the manager did absolutely nothing to help considering it was not my fault that they couldn’t deliver the couch!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save your money and time. And especially don’t let the manager push a sale on you!* YOU GUYS DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS. Makes sense why every review is bad on here!

Jeremiah The manager from the broadway Location is very unprofessional And Rude. He hung up because of the tone of my voice instead of correcting or even trying to help the situation I encountered. My delivery shouldn’t have been postponed till the next day because they messed up on the address(has nothing to do with me) , the delivery manager was no help also , I asked to pick up my appliances my self due to them being “30 mins away from my house” and skipping my delivery and she couldn’t even help with that

Purchased a furniture set and only got one piece, six months later was told the other half was no longer being made and we were stuck with only half a set, refused to give our money back.Purchased a couch set from Bob's for half the price and now just want to return the single couch from Conns and get a store credit to buy a new refrigerator, but am only allowed to buy another couch. :(

Stay away from this place.. their name says exactly who they are..CONNS. I was in the market to buy a TV. After being approved for their financing a $750 TV after payments would've cost me $2200.. and also sales people have very limited knowledge of electronics.. go to best buy anywhere but here

Bought a washer today, they provided me the wrong drain hose even after confirming with them before I left I wanted to make sure it was the correct one, they said yes it was. Connected to the machine with hose provided, when the washer drained hose popped off and caused my house to flood. Called to get a replacement hose, manager said they couldn't do anything about it unless I drove all the way back to their store (which is on the other side of town for me). Manager refused to ship one out to make things right. DONT BUY FROM THEM. The people working there are not the brightest people on earth
