This has become just a step above Sally Beauty Supply, except that they don't have a lot of the items needed and are unable to order. Corporate has taken a toll on this company...lost another customer!

Friendly people working, however they have problems getting guys coming in and smash and grabs. They have to lock thier doors to let you in. I don't blame them. Great people working there.

They changed their "policies" I was going for a product for my husband, they no longer wanted to sell me any more, the worst thing was that they told me just when I was going to pay since I had selected all the products. Very annoying!

Staff is always helpful but inventory is low and when I asked about a certain color they said it is discontinued which in fact wasn't I just ordered it online thru Cosmo Prof online.
