The shelves were not well stocked. We were told that a shipment will come in tomorrow but to come in the late afternoon to make sure the product is on the shelves.

Employee sales associates are always nice and very helpful, unfortunately management isn’t. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

It’s new and nice and the color was well stocked (Wella), but it was disappointing to see they were OOS on Sebastian Dark Oil (which is why I came in), and they had rampant OOS on OPI nail polish. Nice people but they need to work on these operational issues.VictorB

the manager Janelle needs to take a customer service course to freshen up. She is very rude and very condescending, unfortunately this is the only cosmoprof close to me but I’m tempted to stop business with this location entirely
