Larisa has become the "go-to" stylist for our family. She only works the second half of the week nowadays, so it can be hard to book an appointment with her that matches our schedules, but her combination of friendliness and vast experience seems to have spoiled us to the point where we make it work one way or another! In fact, my father is convinced that she's the only stylist he's encountered that is able to successfully work his slowly thinning hair (i.e. how he likes it and thinks is most presentable, with minimal input/directions on his part), which means a lot to him!

I have been a regular at a couple of different boutique hair salons in Tucson over the past decade, but as my longtime salon kept ratcheting up prices, I couldn't justify the expenses anymore. I am so happy I found Jocelyn at this Cost Cutters location -- totally by chance! She's talented, friendly, and a good listener when I am trying to figure out how to fix a hair issue or try on a new look. She has given me top-notch cuts and color, and I always leave her chair feeling good about my hair.

I went for an all over color with chunky highlights and a shaggy haircut with bangs. I specifically told Jocelyn and showed her pictures of what I wanted and I told her I didn't want a bob but here I sit with my colors barely visible and a bob that I didn't want. She needs to listen to her clients. I spent a lot of money on this and being on a fixed income I can't go somewhere else to get it fixed. I won't be going back.

I was a loyal customer to Becky. Enjoyed her skill as well as personality and attitude. When I called for appt this last time was told she was no longer there. It felt like top secret to find out where she was going. When we finally got that far, was told they don’t have the number.Seriously? She’s at Pantano and Speedway location. Aren’t you guys one company????? What’s the issue with getting the info. That is beyond crummy. Hurts the client and hurts the stylist and ultimately the company.Fortunately I found her again. Was thinking about asking the FBI for help.

Not sure how they are at cutting hair. I think unless you are a current customer they would rather not have your business. I have attempted three times to get a haircut. Twice I have gone in and stood waiting for someone to tell me how long it will be, take a seat we will be right with you…something. Today stood there for 11 minutes. 11 minutes while stylist 10 feet away ignored me. If they don’t want you to stand there you’d think they would say “take a seat we will be right with you” or “sorry we are all booked up”. The other time I was spoken to. She said “ I have a stylist that just had a cancellation and she was going to go to lunch early but I’m sure she can take you” Came back to say “she wants to go to lunch early, she said she will be back in about 30 minutes and will cut it then.” Place is incredibly rude.
