Been trying to get a haircut for 2 days. The phone doesn’t work when I call. Walked by yesterday and there was a hand-written sign that said “back at 2” until at least 3:00 PM (Thats when I went back the second time).Went back today at 11:30 and the place is closed.This place has really fallen off since the old Manager Jeanie left. Also, Michael was probably the best barber I ever had. Too bad.

Highly recommend Danielle. She did an amazing job with my hair cut and dye! Love my hair and the cost allowed me to give a bigger tip! Will be back.

Men's haircut took 15 min. Quality was terrible. 25 bucks wasted.I don't think the person who was cutting my hair knows how to do it.My clue should have been that on Saturday afternoon I was the only person there.

NEW STAFF and Management. I’m beyond satisfied with the overall Service. I will be coming back here. Caroline is the BEST. I had services done and had my nephew get a cut also. Very professional 10/10

Great place to get your hair cut especially if you have curly hair like me. I would specifically for Caroline. They give great hair cuts, hair color, and shampoo fast and effective. Very professional and clean. Would recommend 100%. Thank you so much to the staff and especially Caroline.??

If there was a "zero" I'd use it. I booked an appointment on a Friday from work 2.5 hours early so that I could get a cut and color for an event I went to that Saturday night. I had planned on doing an all-over hair color. I got to the salon - 15 minutes EARLY. The place was empty except for a foul-faced woman who "greeted me". I told her I was there to check-in from an on-line booking. She said, and I quote; "You should have booked your appointment when I had more staff." Excuse me? And, perhaps it's me for failing crystal ball class in college, but, asking me to be clairvoyant seems to be a lot to ask of a customer. Her next statement was, "I can't see you today. One of my regulars called me and I don't have time to see you. I can schedule you for tomorrow...." Hmmm, I queried, does my appointment show on the computer. Yes. I queried again, was my computer booking before you took and scheduled the appointment with your "regular". She said, "yes". And, she added that she tells her "regulars" to call her so that they don't have to wait for an opening on the on-line service. I explained that I had taken 2.5 hours of time from work to get to this appointment. Her response, "Well I'm taking my regular and you won't get service today." I turned around and left. I didn't “Karen” her out or anything.However, I did go to my car. Sit in my car then called the Campbell shop and asked to speak with the manager. The lady, the only person there, said, "I'm the manager.” Of course she was, I knew that, she was the only one there (lol).I explained that I had just been in there and I was refused service. The manager said she was the one who gave me that off-key song-and-dance. I asked for the complaint number. She said, "Oh, we're going to play it that way. Ma'am, I'm going to refuse to speak with you anymore." I said, bye. Then, I looked up the complaint line for Cost Cutters. I typed in the incident. Then, I went to the BBB site and reported the incident that they were not honoring their contracts with customers by ignoring a written contract for a verbal acknowledgement of availability that occurred AFTER my appointment was booked. It wasn’t a computer glitch. The lady outright said that she saw the appointment in the computer and decided that she would purposely double-book and not even bother to contact the person who had been confirmed. That’s ridiculously unprofessional.But, hey, then the craziest thing happened. The manager called me the next day to apologize and say that and again, I quote “I was going to offer you 10% discount.” Well, there’s no chance that I’d let her touch my hair. And, she outright lied on that apology. I called her after I left. She said she refused to speak with me. She could have (A) apologized then or (B) offered the discount then, or (C), both. Nope, She failed the ABC test. I’m certain she thought that I’d just stomp off and just not use them again. Okay, sure, I could do that. But, then, I’d be leaving someone else screwed. That is why I’m posting this thoroughly.Fortunately, the Cost Cutters on Silverbell – Rio were AMAZING. You can see that post on their page and I’ll be posting both the good and this on multiple sites. For reference, the tip I left my stylist was 35% which equaled more than $50.00.Too bad her “regular” was more important than her online guests. If your good, I’ll tell ya. If you treat me/patrons poorly, I’ll call you out. Count on it!

Went in to this place thinking it would be a good experience based on reviews. Was sorely mistaken. The employees were rude, the entire place was a mess. Getting my haircut I asked specifically for layers and a bang cut, received a straight cut, no layers, and my bang cut only included the tiniest amount of hair, also it was cut in the absolutely worst way possible. If you're looking for a hair cut, please stay away from here. Worst $25 I ever spent. I had to go to another place to have it fixed.Services: Long haircut

They overcharged me to even out the hair in one layer and never cut anyother hair which took 30 seconds. The guy who did my hair and charges me for a wash and all sorts of other things had a long brown hair balding in the back and had it in a ponytail. Don't go to him it was literally 30 seconds And a rip-off.

I've been having my hair cut by Michael Chamberlain at the Campbell location for the past year or so, great guy, very talented and experienced. Every time I walk out I'm more than happy with my new look, 100% recommend him for mens cuts.
