This review is specifically for the the opticians office. Was quite fine, the customer service was not. I especially want to call out Anjelica. She was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as though I was annoyance rather than a customer. This is one of the few times I have ever gone back in an office and complained to a manager about bad service. She may very well be capable, but she should not be in a customer facing position.

So today we brought in our truck to Costco south Tucson to get a tire rotation and nitrogen reversion. We paid twelve dollars for the nitrogen and the rotation was free. The cashier told us it'll take an hour to an hour and half. After 2.15 hours the truck was completed and we left . Before we got out of the parking lot we noticed a loud squeaky sound coming from the front end . We turned around went back to the tire shop and contacted Rick tire supervisor and explained what was wrong. He looked under the truck and saw all of the sticky weights that Anthony put on during balancing had come off. Rick asked Anthony why he didn't put on the hang weights on the tire and Anthony just shrugged and said just bring it back in. Anthony obviously does not care about doing the job right. So after waiting another hour and Rick redoing all of Anthony's work we finally got back on the road. Fortunately we found this out before our thousand milt trek back to Wyoming. The least Costco could do is reimburse us the 12 dollars. Or a free pizza. Be careful on who you get service your car. I guess our next call should advise corporate

This is the closest location as I live south of Tucson. It's very disheartening how filthy this location is. Came in to buy some sweaters and the clothes are in such a disarray mess. I had to leave this location and go to the Thornydale location where customers actually leave things as they are presented and torn out of the packaging. People read the description before you tear an item out of the packaging and just toss it aside to go to the item below it.

I work for Costco 20 years ago. I've been to Costco's all over the United States. And I've never had a bad experience. Love it every time. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and I never regret it and this is the one store I come back to you every month and I always spend some insane amount of money that it's not within my budget and I never regret it. I do it every single month and I'm completely fine with it . Part of why I stopped working there was because I was spending my whole paycheck there. I had a problem now it's my hobby shout out to my homies that I still see when I shop there and the ones I'm still friends with !!!

I tried the new Costco Roast Beast sandwich at the Food Court. First the price is high - very high for Costco. $10! Second, the sandwich had two very thinly sliced layers of roast beef. Really Costco? The sandwich is made with very thick bread, wilted lettuce and a disgusting onion sauce stuff that leaked all over the place. Stick to the Hot Dogs and Pizza. This sandwich sucks.

Your food court at Market Place:I ordered a Pizza as we standing waiting to be checked.I was told 30min which is OK as we standing in line. Right around 30 minutes I walked up to the Pizza counter; the young man says it will be another 30 min. An hour to make a Pizza?So he was making the Pizza and the placed in box and he than placed them on top the warmer. 5 in one stack, 3 in another and 3 on top of the oven. A lady walks up the counter and ask and received a Pizza, she aid Explain this? There was several people waiting. I love your Pizza, so I went up to counter and ask if our Pizza is ready. He acted like I bother him. He says 30 mins, An hour and half for a Pizza. I told him I want our Pizza or refund my money and then he walked over took one off the top of the oven. The Pizza was on the cold side. I went to the service desk and the man and repeat the above. He kept his eyes on my receipt and asked what do want a refund? No I don't. He didn't say l look into it.We ended up having to microwave slices. So, with all that I will not order pizza there. Pizza hut, Little Caesars and Dominos, can do it in 15 mins. I'm really dissatisfied with you Costco :(

This Costco is always so busy. The employees aren't very friendly or approachable in my experiences. Recently, they have started asking to see your Costco ID before you get to self checkout. Why though? You show ID to get into Costco and have to use it to scan before you pay. While only a minor inconvenience, it really doesn't make sense and is quite annoying; especially after fighting through the constant crowds, no matter what time you go.

I am thrilled to write a glowing review about Tim, an outstanding employee at Costco! Tim has helped my mother on two separate occasions, and each time he has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Firstly, Tim helped my mother track down a specific ring. They showed in stock but wasnt there when she arrived, demonstrating his attentiveness and commitment to customer needs. His willingness to help in this way is truly remarkable, and it is rare to find employees who are so dedicated to their customers. Secondly, Tim recently assisted my mother in securing the last 30 boxes of discontinued flooring for her renovation project. He personally located the boxes at a different location and made sure that my mother was able to complete her project without any issues. This level of dedication and ownership of customer issues is truly impressive, and it is clear that Tim takes pride in his work. I am also impressed by the fact that Tim has been with the company since 1987. It is reassuring to see an employee who has worked for a company for so long and is still as genuine and helpful as ever. Overall, Tim's exceptional service and dedication to customer needs have left a lasting impression on me and my mother and undoubtedly many other customers. It is employees like him who make shopping at Costco such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Costco, and I am grateful for their outstanding leadership and service.

Rude customers try to run you down in the parking lot and inside the store. Other than that everything is great. But not many samples like other Costco stores. Clean inside, great customer service.

Just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at this Costco location. Jimmie was wildly rude, condescending, and unhelpful to me when dealing with a membership card situation at the check out. I left the conversation in tears. I will say that the two employees at the membership desk were wonderful, and very caring after seeing how upset I was, and helped me solve my problem with quickly. Do better Jimmie.

The wireless kiosk was very helpful switching from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgrade my phone. Alex saved me money on my phone bill too.
