Wish I could give 0 stars. I called to get pricing for my dogs Simparico Trio and explained I also have FIGO pet insurance which usually gives a slight discount since they are in partnership with Costco. The tech or pharmacist talked to me like I was stupid and said she couldn’t give me pricing with the FIGO discount since they don’t have the prescription in hand. After continually being talked over, I was finally able to tell her that I have purchased it there in the past but can’t remember what I paid as said I’m sure she has the ability to look it up. She did, and was still rude. I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Called Adam, the Pharmacy Manager and he said he will try to address it but doesn’t know who it is as they don’t keep record of their calls. I wish I knew too, because I asked for a name and was HUNG UP on. This pharmacy has lost my business. I’d rather go somewhere else and pay more. Customer service has become obsolete.

Never any Sales floor help maybe if they bought bags for their customers they wouldn't be more concerned with empty boxes more focused on the customer ...

Worst customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy tonight. I called to refill a prescription and the tech said it would be done in an hour/ and tonight. When I arrived an hour and a half later and close to closing time. Cashier said it wasn’t ready and to come back tomorrow. This was upsetting, since I’d gone to Costco for the prescription. When I told her I had talked to someone on the phone the same evening and that they had said it would be ready in an hour, that I had made the Costco trip FOR THE PRESCRIPTION, she completely disengaged, shut down and was not willing to check with the pharmacist to see if it was close to being filled, or if she could fulfill my expectations. She was unhelpful and unapologetic. How is that ok? Costco isn’t an easy trip and has no drive through window. Some people drive from a long ways away! Guess it’s fine if you have a mail order attitude.. plan ahead. But what do people’s words mean anymore? Complete disrespect of my time paired with a dismissive, indifferent attitude.

Spencer is very rude , poorly trained, and offers the worst customer service. Deliberately yells at paying customers and is a disgrace to this retailer. They hire the worst out there !!! Incompetent , abrasive, and rude employees .

Costco hearing is terrible! The person that did my hearing test wasn't qualified. I told him that the test wasn't working and he ignored me and kept going. When the test was over he left me and showed it to someone else. When he came back he told me that I could spend a million dollars on hearing aids but that they wouldn't help me and I needed a coquial implant!!!! I asked him how come I could hear him perfectly with my one working hearing aid. No answer!!!! I went to Lifestyle Hearing and they did the test prescribed hearing aids and I have been using them successfully ever since!

Have been customer for years…have found their staff to be helpful and efficient . Typically one and done on rx fulfillment ! Can get fill Rx fills first time in full vs other pharmacies which typically only can fill partial Rx! Pet meds are typically great values as well…Be sure to check Good Rx
At home do you know Rx costing on various pharmacy platforms as sometimes they can match pricing when Rx is presented…

Cosco on Grant has the worst tire customer service. They sell and that is it! Purchased tires and had a flat due to a road hazard. I called and they took infor over phone and said my tire would be fixed within two hours. Drove 30 miles to sit in their store 4 hours to be told that they only take scheduled clients. Andrew is the initial contact and he was pleasant, however, apparently told us wrong infor. Contrary Matt told us after 3 hours that our tire would be fixed within 30 to 45 minutes. Again, after that time Matt rudely told us that our car would be done today and they close at 6:00. I said are you telling me we have to wait until 6:00? I said we can't wait 7 hours for a tire repair. He then responded, do you wants your keys? He said walkins are always moved and continually moved down below any scheduled clients. No one told us that infor. Then he proceeded to say he leaves at 6:00 no matter what and he is going to see his kids after he leaves work???

Costco is always good always cheap and always filled with ppl. Costco food court is decent and the selection of groceries are perfect

Of course I love Costco. Buy bulk and find hidden gems. I hate the lines, but the checkers really hustle. I can't complain. I recently found chicken teriyaki bowels. Those did not last long! Anyway, whether you want a floor rug, food, clothes, batteries, or alcohol; Costco is the place to go. Good luck getting out of there without spending a lot of money. Good place to get gifts too! And cake!

Found out that Costco pharmacy can fill my pets prescriptions phoned in by the vet. Great savings and now my dogs have their own account! I just give them the dog name! Also git a $7 discount because I am a costco member!
