Cox is garbage, but unfortunately the only fiber optic provider in my area. Internet has been down 6 days... Go with another company if you have the option!

Biggest scam I’ve ever seen had $100 bill that went to 220 just for Internet. They can’t understand it or explain it. They don’t know why that happened. It’s a scam. Welcome to Cox.

Why does no one ever answer the phone at this location!? I've called multiple times a day, multiple days and I can NEVER get a person at the store. I just have some questions and I don't want to waste a trip if I can get the same answers over the phone.

This 5-star review goes to Laurie. The person who assisted me when I picked up the device skipped a step in the procedure and I ended up couldn’t activate my modem. The next day, I went in and got helped by Laurie. She was super helpful and quickly helped me look into what was going on with my wifi technical issue. Problem solved within 5 minutes!

Super rude lady I think her name is Arani or something like that. Zero interest in giving us customer service, not showing us our options for the internet plans. She just assumed we knew what each plan was and I asked her for a pamphlet with the prices and options, she said she didn’t have any and that’s it. No help at all from this lady.
