If I could give this -5 stars, I absolutely would. I'm so frustrated with this situation that I don't even have the energy to type out the ENTIRE mess we have found ourselves in with Cox. They are thieves. DEAL WITH THE STORE ONLY, NEVER TALK TO ANYONE ON A "CHAT" OR OVER THE PHONE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND COVER IT UP. and that's just the tip of the iceberg.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at this store setting up internet for our new home. Jesus was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get our new service plan set up! Thank you Jesus! Highly recommend.

cox internet is constantly going offline , every single day. It's also very slow . you guys really should lower your prices for the amount the internet is always going out .

If i could give cox MINUS 1 star i would. Was sold internet in Tucson Arizona for 39.99 . And guess.what bill came.at 69. Tadaaa. Not the money , its the fact that they take your social security number over the phone , and they have you by the b..... anyways , thieves . thank God the difference is not going to make me broke. I WORK TO PAY MY BILLS NO NEED TO STEAL over the phone.

I can't even believe that you're still in business. The internet is ridiculously slow, my connection is terrible, and the customer service is completely useless. I encourage everybody who sees this to immediately switch to another provider because honestly, this review is being polite. I swear I have to be getting pranked because there is no way that this is actually a legitimate business.

Clean store, friendly and fun staff that took care of everything I needed. I wasn't sure about getting COX mobile but Yolanda (phenomenal person), along with Adam, Curtis and Luna were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable that it was a no-brainer to switch. I am extremely satisfied so far!

This has to be the worst internet I have ever used. Your service and business is an absolute joke. The internet rarely works and when it does it's slow as shit. The service provided to me from a chimp would be more useful than the service you guys provide. Count your days as a company, because they are numbered.

I sweat to fucking christ if I have to listen to another customer service rep I'm going to lose it. I haven't had one conversation with a competent employee and the wait times are absolutely insane for this service. It's impossible to get people to get to my house, the times they give are awful, I had to reschedule with the technician twice, and the third time he was late. All of this too for slow ass internet that goes down half the time anyways. Complete waste of money, absolutely garbage service, avoid Cox like the plague if you care about having a shred of sanity.

Had to close my account and return equipment yesterday. The store was very busy, but everyone was really friendly and I only had to wait five minutes. A fantastic employee helped me. I can’t remember her name, but she wore green glasses. She was friendly, attentive and when she hit a roadblock, she immediately went and got a supervisor to help her work out the issue. I was really impressed with her service and the whole vibe of the store. The experience totally beat my expectations and. COX should definitely nurture this employee, and grow her career as she is an incredible asset.

Nick was awesome! Give him employee of the month & a bonus! I've been a Cox customer for 26 years and he's the best representative I've ever dealt with. I had very complicated needs for both my personal and business needs and he patiently helped me navigate solutions all while I was indecisive. Broadway/Craycroft location.

My Husband and I went to COX to Sign up for WI-FI and Rickey C. Helped us get everything we needed. The Tech came out the Following Wednesday to set it up! It only took 10 - 15 minutes at the COX Store and 10 - 15 minutes at the House! Rickey made us feel Welcome and got us in and out in a timely manner!!

I have set up many wifi services for work and it always takes 2-3 minutes online. With Cox they make you call in and they try to upsell you and take absolutely forever to set up your service. Super annoying. Also they advertise on that it only takes a 5 minute phone call to set up but it actually takes 20+ minutes. They make you give your previous address, wifi information, type of home etc. Why do they need this information to set up wifi? Seems ridiculous. Also they told me congratulations over and over, I did not win anything...

Im giving this place a 5 star rating, not because I think the prices are great (I don't) or because of the place looks or anything else superficial. They get a 5 star rating because of two people I dealt with: Nick and David. I'm an asshole. I'll be the first to admit it. I get even worse when I feel a business is not meeting my expectations for either services provided or customer service given. Here's a note to all customer service reps out there: listening, critical thinking and offering options are all FREE. These did that flawlessly. I did not get things resolved in the manner I wanted to. Neither was authorized to do what I was requesting. Times have changed. Oh well. What was offered was time to vent, detailed explanations for requests that could not be honored, empathy (something severely lacking in this town) and a way to recoup my immediate financial losses in less than 6 months. THAT, I can respect. I may not agree with Cox's current practices (I don't agree with most places current business practices) but, when you have employees such as these two, you walk away feeling respected and not screwed. And that is what is important.
