Many of us were already members of BASHAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION when FIRST CREDIT UNION took over our accounts.
Commuting from suburbs on the east side takes 20 to 35 minutes on average. Some people are on the south side in the Sunnyside Township, and Green Valley city. Others are in The Northern suburbs like Oro Valley and Catalina Foothills. We appreciate you coming here after BASHAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION closed her locations.”
“I choose the Broadway branch as it is very convenient for me. I enjoy being welcomed by Eunice Cubillas, as she is so helpful and always has made my experience using this branch so great! “Lita, at the Campbell office, was so polite and professional as well as friendly I immediately felt comfortable with SunWest CU. I decided to transfer my car loan from another credit union because of the lower interest rate and the highest satisfaction rating of all Tucson credit unions (yes, I checked). I went to the Speedway location which is closer to me. Anita was also professional, polite and friendly and made the process painless. While doing paperwork for the car loan I noted the employees greeted customers by name. Their interest rate for a loan to pay off my credit cards was also lower than what I am currently paying so I transferred that debt also. I am completely 100% satisfied with this decision and I am very pleased I contacted them.”

“Had to post this here since yelp has not updated their database to include the Catalina branch. I did my research and this credit union has great ratings. I went to the Catalina branch where Kimberly set up my checking and savings accounts. Not only was she warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Shawn, the branch manager, even came in to welcome me to the branch and to see if I had any questions for her. The process was quick and efficient but I never felt like I was being rushed. The same goes for their teller Kathie. As I was making my first deposit she made sure to explain my deposit slip to me. I would definitely recommend!”

“I went with the person buying my vehicle to finish up the transfer of ownership since he was getting a loan. Alex was awesome. None of the docs were prepared and it was 10 minutes til close. He and Teresa stayed late to help get it taken care of promptly so that I could walk out of there with a cashiers check. They were all very friendly and professional!”

“My spouse went in with an appointment yesterday and spoke to Daniel G. Not only did Daniel greet my spouse and ensure that they were treated well while they waited but he handled a new checking account appointment in less than an hour! I wish your female teller (name will not be mentioned) takes notes out of Daniel’s playbook and learns that going the extra mile and even offering just a smile to the customer goes a long way! We purposefully set an appointment on a Saturday just so we wouldn’t have to deal with this certain female teller. Thanks Daniel! Great experience and very knowledgeable”
