“Excellent banking full service and excellent customer care. I have been a loyal credit union member my entire adult life. Began in the Army/Navy Credit Union at 18 when I enlisted. None of the normal banking overcharges I have received Home mortgages and auto loans at below market rates with discounts that only apply to Credit Union members. Banks are in it for there investors, Credit unions are in it for their members. It's local, it's friendly and educational, all while feeling neighborly. Support your local community and join your local Credit Union. I highly recommend Vantage West Credit Union.”

“This is what I consider a specialty shopping center. It has 1 of 3 Hobby Lobbys in Tucson. There's also a large CVS with with a wide variety of assistive devices for Seniors. Finally, it is the home of Dickman's meat market...one of the best in Tucson. Be sure to check out their 'ugly steaks'.”

“I needed to open a new account and i wasn't able to do so, duo to i got off work at 4:30pm and banks close at 5:00. I tried 5 different banks and got the same answeres, sorry we are about to close you need to be here earlier or call for make an appoiment. Advantage west credit union here in tucson, speedway & euclid location helped me at the last 3 minutes before closing they even took the time to offered me a credit card witch i didn't get approved, this was the best and amaizing service ever, 30 years here in tucson i never had this experience never before. (They spended 35 minutes w/me)”

“Lita, at the Campbell office, was so polite and professional as well as friendly I immediately felt comfortable with SunWest CU. I decided to transfer my car loan from another credit union because of the lower interest rate and the highest satisfaction rating of all Tucson credit unions (yes, I checked). I went to the Speedway location which is closer to me. Anita was also professional, polite and friendly and made the process painless. While doing paperwork for the car loan I noted the employees greeted customers by name. Their interest rate for a loan to pay off my credit cards was also lower than what I am currently paying so I transferred that debt also. I am completely 100% satisfied with this decision and I am very pleased I contacted them.”

Since it's a credit union and their goal is people- focused and not money-making-focused, they actually have good loan rates and opportunities here. Their staff are pleasant and helpful. Getting a person on the phone is still a real nightmare, but the chat function on the app makes up for it.”
“We opened an account working with Sebastian at this location. He was very helpful and professional, with a nice dash of humor as well! He had answers to our several questions and the one he wasn’t sure of, he got his manager involved and we had our answer within a few minutes. He was prompt with emailing of documents needing e-sign from us, and made several calls during our process to keep us updated as steps were taken to assist us with our needs.

“I am writing this letter to express my sincere appreciation for one of your employees and the exceptional customer service I recently received.
I had recently applied online for a vehicle loan and was instantly approved. However, after the approval I did not hear from anyone regarding the next steps. After a few days, I contacted your Mission and Ajo branch to inquire about the status of my loan. An employee informed me who had been assigned to my application, but once again, I did not receive any follow-up communication.
The individual selling me the vehicle had been kind enough to hold it for me, but eventually needed to move forward with the sale. After waiting afew more days I contacted the branch again and was told another message would be left for the employee assigned to my loan. Later, I received an email outlining the stipulations needed to complete the process. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the app, so I reached out to the assigned employee and was instructed to send the documents by email instead. Despite leaving additional messages, I still did not receive a response.
Knowing that one of the requirements was to open an account, I decided to schedule an appointment at another branch since I was unable to get assistance from the original representative. I visited your Silverlake office and had the pleasure of meeting Mia Mace.
I was extremely impressed with Mia's professionalism and dedication. She promptly helped me open my account and even offered to contact the employee at the other branch to see if she could take over and complete the loan process. I gladly accepted her offer.
Mia not only took over and successfully finalized my vehicle loan, but she also assisted in closing my personal loan as well. I truly appreciate the time, patience and care she provided throughout the process. Her outstanding service and willingness to go above and beyond were greatly appreciated.
