Recently switched over to cricket and I was told I could save money by setting up autopay. I agreed to do that and left the store thinking auto pay had been set up since I had swiped my card and everything. Turns out "it was an error on the laptop and it wasn't saved" so my service was shut off and I was charged 5 dollars to restart service and another 5 dollars to pay in-store. Zero effort made to rectify their mistake, terrible customer service.

My worst experience I only went so they could remove a line from my account and their response was call customer service and do it yourself.
What a horror of such incompetent employees.

I asked for a specific low rate plan that they offered, and asked to buy or rent a oh one and the lady told me it was going to be $150 total it $50 for three months to pay it off. First, the lowest plan they offered was not available so only the $30 per month plan, and then after giving her all this personal info and filling out all these forms, she shows me the payment agreement and there was no $50 per month fir three months. There was only a a $179 buy out or $240 in three month plan. She had no idea what she was offering or she was tricking me and didn’t know I would actually read the agreement and know she was lying. Horrible waste of an hour.

I rushed over here to make my Payment And they are closed if you're gonna say that you're open Till 6 PM then that means you locked the door at 6 PM not at 5:35 It's not okay I understand That it's slow and that you're bored but it's fine you get paid by the hour grab some windex clean the Windows vacuum the floor it don't matter keep yourself busy I'm just saying if you're gonna be open be open

Very good service from the employee but terrible cricket I do not recommend it, the signal is lost and you do not receive calls nor can you make calls to the schools in Tucson, a cell phone that was 13 months old broke, for the first time I made the claim and was charged by Asurion insurance the total amount of the cell phone and a little more than the value of the cell phone that is currently worth in stores, in addition ASURION fatally returned a cell phone in poor condition and very bureaucrats for others to return it for another thousand services from Asurion it seems that it sells cell phones even more expensive of the value of its price and broken and they never answer or resolve they hang up on your calls Do not buy insurance with Asurion it is not recommended bad services With ASURION.??????

I always like going into cricket for whatever. This time I went in to get a liquid screen protector applied. The opening employee was helpful no questions asked ? from beginning to end.

The guy that helped was great but the prices for just 1 phone on a plan for unlimited call and text but no internet. $30 a month. Unfortunately the 3rd time I went to see about adding a 2nd line was on a Sunday they were closed all day even though online and on their door it say 11am-6pm. I also think $90 for 2 lines for basically just talk and text is a little to high. Btw this was on the south side
