When walking into the store I was immediately greeted by two young ladies. They offered me some great specials that made me switch over.They made the process so easy and simple. Thank you Stepanie & Bianca for the great service! I had previously walked into a different cricket store but walked right out due to some bad customer service!

Very disappointed ?. The lady in charge had a terrible disposition and doesn't explain service. Did not greet nor did she even make eye contact. She seemed bothered to come out and help the staff upfront that was trying to help me. Needless to say I ended paying extra on my monthly bill due to their lack of knowledge of the service! Nope ? I will never go back.
