Visited this location for assistance with changing devices on several lines due to over the phone support mixed up imei’s, sims, and. Esims. The store was clean and the associate Fabian was polite to the customer barking at him while using profanity. He maintained an experienced customer service demeanor and was able to get that customer wrapped. I was helped by the store manager Bri, who came to my aid to straighten out the mix up with SIM cards and devices in less than 3 mins. I’m glad I went to this location and I will be visiting this retailer for my families future needs. Thanks Bri, great job Nathan! 5 Stars!

We went in for a phone upgrade. After years of service a new phone was needed. I looked on Cricket Wireless for phone options and saw the Samsung A54 for $59. Sweet! We drove 30 miles to the store, picked the phone out and went to buy it and "That'll be $330." What?! Apparently, the $59 price is for new Cricketeers. If you are a dedicated Cricket customer for years, you only get $100 knocked off the price. So lame! They value others over their repeat customers. The store was nice, the staff gave us an additional $50 off. Next time I guess we will go to a different company so we can get a good price on a new phone.

I took my phone for a consultation and after doing several checks my phone was useless. After several years of little use. Obviously immediately the solution he offered me was to buy a new one.Practically broke my phone.Note: I received an answer from the company/brand, but following the durections only shows ads in Facebook.It's embarrasing they try to pretend they are going to pay attention to the published complains.

The stores have no phones in stock unless you want to spend a fortune. Can go online and get a huge selection for a quarter of the price!!!!
