Bri and Aldo showed the perfect example of over the top customer service. Not only did they get my husband and me a great new new phone for the right price, they went out of their way to help. Aldo didn't have the phone I wanted, so he went to another store and got one for me. In my past experiences I was always sent to the other store to get it instead. They went out of their way for us and that felt really good. Their store is now my permanent store. I will tell all my friends that the cricket on grant and alvernon is the place to go for great deals and superb customer service.

Alexandra went above and beyond her duties to help me with some technical problems with my phone she didn’t have to help me she could have directed me to the website but she took the extra time to help me program my contacts thank you Alexandra I will be a cricket customer forever this office at 615 e grant road has always been so helpful and knowledgeable thank you to the 2 wonderful employees at 615 e grant road tkudos to Alexandra and Freddy you guys are the bomb??a very satisfied cricket customer
