Renting unit is very easy online and by phone. Owners are great. She sought me out to insure everything was good multiple times.
The site is clean and tidy. The storage units are clean, have an internal light, and are above grade to prevent flooding during monsoon season.
Access in and out is by personal gate code.

Bonnie, the manager, has been extremely helpful and kind. She listens to my issues even if they aren't related to storage and assists me getting around the property, especially if I'm carrying too much.

The manager, Bonnie, went above and beyond to help my friend who was moving across the country. She accurately estimated the size of units needed for the trucks she had. She answered calls on a holiday, checked on us as we unloaded, gave access to restrooms, and followed up when we were done. The facility is extremely clean and secure.
