It's a storage unit. I knew it wasn't in a good neighborhood but I ended up having to toss half my stuff because my storage unit had bedbugs or roaches in it when I came back to it. Lucky i had the foresight to vacuum seal some of my belongings but I'm really bummed I had to toss so much stuff in fear of bringing bedbugs or cockroaches back with me.

We were attended by Yvonne. 3955 E.29 .St Tucson. The temperature was 111° outside. But we recieved the best service from her. If you had to rate someone with a star gage she would get all 10. I am very very satisfied with the way she explained things and her kindness. I am 67 yrs old and I was very satisfied. Way to go CubeSmart.

I had the auto payment while I used the unit. Two weeks before the payment date I did notified the manager I was leaving the unit so I could avoid any charges but even if I did, I was still charged for the next month when the unit was occupied already by other person. I would like my money back to the card on file. I emailed the company about this issue and tried to reach District manager but not luck yet

The staff is always courtesy and willing to help. They offer great deals and discounts. This is my second time renting from them, and it was a pleasant experience on both occasions. A great place to store items temporarily, or long-term, with a clean and tidy lot posted with multiple security cameras.

I can't even begin to explain how amazing the people who work here are...John, Yvonne, & Melanie specifically. I had a total nightmare situation- I had (stupidly) left my empty unit unlocked, and someone filled it with their belongings and locked it up. And when I say "belongings" what I really mean is massive amounts of trash and drug paraphernalia. The employees easily could have thrown their hands up and basically told me that it was my problem to deal with... Instead Yvonne herself emptied out most of the stuff, they secured my unit for me, and didn't charge me any kind of late fees or anything. I'm almost sad to not need the unit anymore after realizing how amazing they are! I will be recommending this place to anyone that needs a storage unit!!
