I’ve stored with multiple facilities over the years, and this one stands out for their customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs when I had to upgrade to a larger unit mid-rental. The process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. You don’t get that kind of care everywhere.

It was great while we were using it. Their cancelation policy is a joke. We checked with office staff two months prior to canceling and were told all we needed to do was clear our unit out and notify them we were out and we'd be prorated for whatever of the month we didn't use. I just talked to the company on the phone and were told they required a 10 day notice to not be charged another month. No prorate policy nothing. Either their office manager knows nothing or was trying to scam us for more money. Neither is acceptable. I'd go elsewhere if I were you. Don't fall into their trap they are either unaware of their own policy and it will cost you or openly trying to hurt their customers for the sake of money. Buyer beware.

Had a unit here for 5 years, and never had any problems. I never worried about the safety of my stuff as long as it was stored here.
The manager I dealt with was always kind and professional. I highly recommend these units.

Just moved into area. Shopped around nearby and StorageKing came up in the search. Stopped by and spoke to a Shane and inquired about a storage unit for temp storage. Shane was helpful to this old vet. I had a couple questions about security of the facility. Shane explained their security features and I felt safe enough to store my gear with them. Excellent customer service and great professionalism. Wish more companies cared as much.
