This location is severely understaffed and unfortunately lacks customer service. Whoever answers calls seems overwhelmed and irritated I waited 30 minutes for someone to answer and every 3 minutes someone picks up tells you to hold and places you back on hold. My prescription was sent in electronically 8 days ago and I never received an update on why there was a delay until I called. I called today (8th day of delay) and low and behold the medication I needed was in fact available and "received in today's shipment" I hope this isn't done to someone who TRULY needs their medications to survive. Hire more staff at this location they cannot handle the volume of this area.

Do not get your meds from this location... I will be contacting corporate regarding the poor service I had at this location. For a pharmacy this is pretty sad to be treated like dirt. I wouldn't send my grandma's here

Still waiting a month later for a prescription. Terrible communication. Try calling them and you’ll wait an hour. Always have issues getting the correct prescription.

Thomas was amazing! It was past 11:00 pm and he was manning the desk and the drive though. He was courteous and cheerful. Great job!

After waiting ONE WEEK for a prescription, and calling and waiting on the line for someone to answer, then finally being told that the prescription is ready, I drove to the drive thru. There were 5 cars in front of me and they NEVER moved in 10 minutes so I parked and walked in. I was told by a "guy" who took all of my information that it wasn't ready and I will have to wait 45 minutes. He said "go sit down"! I wish I would have gotten his name....I instead went to the consultation window and spoke with Chloe. She had it ready in 5 minutes and apologized for the delay. She deserves the credit for saving me from a blow-up. She has a beautiful smile and saved the day.Do better CVS!!

Everyone who works at the pharmacy is really nice, but prescriptions are NEVER filled in a timely manner, even after allowing more than adequate time to do so, and after waiting in a 45 minute-long line for the window, we still get told it’s not ready, but they’ll “expedite” it and it’ll be ready in another 20 - 45 minutes. Then, after the additional wait time, we still have to come and sit in another long line wasting tons of time and fuel. We’re going to switch pharmacies as this has happened no less than 10 times

I have been a customer of CVS and CVS PHARMACY for 13+ years now and I have had no problems with them. Everyone is kind and curteous and goes out of their way to help you any way they can. I recommend CVS for all your household and prescription needs.

Went to pick up my boyfriend’s prescription bc he got a text saying that his prescription is ready. When I got there they told me it wasn’t ready & he would get a text saying it was ready, even though he already got a text… We went together a second time and again they told us his prescription wasn’t ready even though he got multiple texts saying it was. They said that they would contact his Dr to push the prescription through so we came back a 3rd time and same thing happened. He ended up calling his Dr after and she said she never got any notification from cvs saying to push his prescription through. We went in again for a 4th TIME and again he wasn’t able to get his prescription. Do not come here!!! Waste of time!!!!!

I hate hate hate coming here. I need to change stores. This one is always understaffed and rude. They say your prescription will be ready in X amount of time. LOL take the X and add 15 hours to it. Hopefully it’s not an important med cuz ur screwed then.

I was standing at the cash register, the woman helping me was so abrupt and irritated to have to do her job, Get me 2 prescriptions. Pharmacist yells to my daughter sitting in the chair, “lady sitting on her phone, are you waiting for a prescription?”. It was 1:27, I understand they go to lunch at 130. I tried to get there as soon as I could. Literally the most unprofessional rude staff and I wish I didn’t have to go through CVS. I wish people treated others the way they would like to be treated. Terrible customer service.

I went there on October 2, 2023 to pick up some postage stamps, some chocolate Pediasure for my kiddo, and 2 bottles of wine. Chelsea, one of the Management Team Leads, was friendly, warm, and helpful. She is the nicest sales associate there, in my opinion.

Have a fever, severe cough. Tested me for COVID and the flu, which was a waste of money and time because I get sinus infections at least twice a year and ther were negative, had actually checked myself over the last two days and was negativeShe gave me cough syrup and told me to buy a COVID test and check it again tomorrow. Total waste, knew I should have waited and went to my doctor; they literally did nothing and wouldn’t listen to me. Walgreens is much better and I learned my lesson. CVS never again. I think she hates her job, very abrupt and doesn’t listen.

This is the most horrific pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They way the pharmacist treat their technicians is appalling and the way the technicians treat their patients is the same. They could really use more employees here. It’s sad to watch.

Try calling the number and talking to someone. Forget it.Want a prescription filled. Forget it.Want to be informed that no cvs in the state has your prescription but only being told about it after it says your prescription is ready, so you have to come down just for them to put you in a line tot will you that your medicine won’t be here.Want them to call your doctor to help fix the matter. Forget it.Hey. At least the guy in the window is getting his marijuana
