My bad luck that I had troubles filling a prescription. However the people at this pharmacy were very helpful and did their best to get the job done. Sadly I ended up traveling to other pharmacies to get my prescription filled. Again that was not their fault and they did try to help.

Husband out of spine surgery, decompression L2-3, fusion L3-4...surgeon ordered oxycodone for pain and blood thinner due to pulmonary embolism history and severe blood clots after prior surgeries.Technician stated that he cannot fill the oxycodone as the surgeon must call the insurance for authorization???The blood thinner "Xeralto" they were out of...???Worst service and experience ever---0 stars and no reaction when I expressed the importance of these meds for my husband. They couldn't care less there!Will file complaint with Raytheon about this horrible pharmacy and take our business back to Safeway where the scripts were filled the same afternoon.

This is a well run pharmacy led by a head Pharmacist that seems to genuinely care and want to help in any way that he can. Most of the tech's are the same way with an possibly one exception, but most businesses have a black sheep so to speak ?I've only had one negative interaction here which was on my first visit-After leaving a 1 star review through the CVS site, I received an offer to discuss the bad experience a day later from the SAME CVS employee (Pharmacist) that most of my complaint was about, which was incredibly awkward as I was under the impression reviews were 100% anonymous.This unexpected contact alone nearly kept me from ever stepping foot in that CVS location again.I understand that you're the head Pharmacist and most likely handle all of the negative reviews received at your location, but there is no logic in you handling negative reviews involving yourself. It's extremely off-putting to the customer to say the least.Since then, I've had nothing but positive experiences and am certainly glad I gave this location a second chance!For example, when one of my prescriptions saw a nationwide shortage, this pharmacy somehow kept it in stock EVERY month outside of 1, while friends I know who take the same medication were forced to switch to alternatives.This is something that I will always be appreciative for as it was a long road to find the right medication.If you're looking to switch from a different pharmacy, I would certainly recommend this CVS location over my last 2 pharmacies, the East side Walgreens and Walmart pharmacies)

This review is for the CVS pharmacy and their great service. The rest of the store is off my list due to their gender policies. The pharmacy is alert to my medication refill times and phone texts are timely.

If you are mobility limited, this store does not have many electric carts. If any are available, they are usually by the south entrance. Be aware that the pharmacy which is nearest the north entrance does not sell the pharmacy items directly in front of it.

The folks working at this location are always so kind. They recognize us, they have pulled me aside to tell me concerns about med combinations my doctor missed, they've filled stuff in a hurry because they knew I was in an emergency situation. I'm very grateful to have these pharmacists to count on!

After waiting in line for some time the young man at the registers decided it was time for lunch. So he rolled the window down and told us to come back later after he helped everyone else. He was rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. Unfortunately this is not the service I expect from a professional establishment. After years of patronage we will shop elsewhere.

Needed emergency dose of a anti-depressant medication that I've been on for >3 years at the CVS; the pharmacist at location knows me and has seen me MANY times to refill.He refused because thats just the way they act at CVS, very anti-human in general. Everything is your fault at this place. He said I COULD give you an emergency dose but I won't. My tone was very soft and I'm afraid CVS is just a bad pharmacy. At >5 day mark with this anti-depressant is difficult, and my doctor literally retired so just great understanding all around by this group. I would never recommend anyone go there over Walgreens.Walgreens actually calls when things are wrong, at CVS they blame you and would rather you go away entirely. I am no longer a customer.

This review is solely based on one visit for a covid vaccine that I booked through my mobile Target app. I was able to fill in my insurance and personal information when scheduling my covid 19 vaccine which was extremely convenient! The pharmacy technologist was awesome! I checked in through my app while walking in. There is a separate line for covid vaccine appointments along with a little sitting area off to the side of the pharmacy where they administered the shot. She was with a customer but helped me very promptly! She went through the now routine covid questions, sick, fever, cough, exposure, etc...then she let me have a seat where she asked if I had any questions and if I had a preference on which arm I wanted her to give the vaccine. I opted for non dominant side- Due to hearing many stories of soreness and possible site reactions. I arrived maybe 5 minutes before my appointment at about 3:55 and was out of there by 4:25! They do have to monitor you for about 15 minutes to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions- you sit on a little bench in the same area. She came over and checked midway through then asked again if I had any questions at the end. All in all it was a great experience and I wish I had done it sooner. I got the one and done shot (no name drop) and I highly recommend this pharmacy based on my experience, if you are looking for a quick and easy covid 19 shot process! They are on the list of retailers giving free covid 19 vaccine regardless of your insurance coverage or lack thereof (you don't need insurance) They offer 2 dose or single dose appointments that you choose when you book through the app!

I had switched to another location closer to my house, only to have issues with every single refill or new prescription. I switched back to this location since I have never had a problem. They were able to sort out the issue, make phone calls to my provider and the other pharmacy, and get it all straightened out. They are always friendly, helpful, and have prescriptions ready on time.

They're always super nice here. I've been to many cvs pharmacies and feel most welcomed at this location.
