This last visit was intense. 2 people trying rob the place at once but separate, I think. They get lady in back of store out then start there way to the back of store another guys runs out the door. Can't make this shit up. Stay safe. CVS was a nice visit.

The most unhelpful and annoying staff. They don’t have anything, don’t know anything and are quite upset you came into their store. Best advice, go anywhere else!

TLDR: DO NOT GET PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE! I've worked customer service for many years, so I have empathy for how shitty jobs like these can be, but man, it was dehumanizingly bad dealing with a refund from this store.
I was getting 100 photos developed of myself and a partner going on several dates as a birthday gift for her next week. I paid for the photos and they were printed in extremely low quality -- with printer streaks randomly throughout the set. I showed one staffer the defects. I asked for a refund but they offered to reprint the photos tomorrow (obviously without doing anything with the machine)... I asked again for a refund, another staffer told me go through the photos right there (as a line of college kids buying vodka or whatever build up) and the clerk would only refund me for the photos with streaks, and I would have to give them those photos back from the set of 100 for them to keep. (It... was... kinda... weird...). A asked again for a refund having to show a *third* staffer (manager?) all my personal photos, showing the streak explaining the situation (as more students, more vodka builds up behind me). I was saying "look I promise I didn't come here trying to swindle CVS out of $40 for photos, but cmon look at these" -- at this point I was like just keep them all, refund me for everything and please shread my personal photos (as they said they would -- I very much doubt they are shreading 100 photos).
At this point the 2nd clerk (who clearly must just hate this job) did one of those fake-overly-nice-but-mean "Thank you so much for shopping with us, the refund may process in 5 business days so call your bank if it you don't see it!" kind of things --
*I swear* I genuinely did nothing to escalate the situation -- didn't blow up, didn't raise my voice. I repeated several times "I know its not your fault individually, and you don't control the printer machine..."
Its just another place filled with people who are overworked, underpaid, and given that opportunity make things difficult for a customer they will. Absolutely awful and left with myself being embarassed.

I am currently in a wheelchair and the staff at CVS was so genuine so helpful and understanding I couldn't have done my shopping without them Plus I saved with the sales and the extra books I earned

There are almost always errors in my prescriptions, and now CVS doesn't let you talk to a person, they only let you leave a message. I am transferring all my prescriptions to Walmart.

Good location. Closing Rx at 3pm on weekends is criminal when this is one of, if not the only, downtown pharmacies. And then they send you all the way to Ina for the 24hr pharmacy. Ridiculous
