I was shopping and I over heard this lady older lady she works there and she was talking to an employee. As they were walking back from the back of the store. She said that all the collage kids are all spoiled and they get everything they want. Then she proceeded to say they are probably depressed and unhappy and would most likely commit suicide. That lady is always there and is so rude. She said her comments loudly and I don’t think it was appropriate. Don’t recommend.

A disabled senior, and a longtime CVS patron, I was assaulted--shoved from behind--by a raving nut who thought I was standing too slowly in line for the cashier. I almost fell. The nut then went off on the only two employees on duty. The store had no security. No one looked after my safety, or cared. Get a guard, CVS.

My partner is a disabled 48 year old native American and has been accosted 2 times (on separate occasions) by employees of this CVS. Both times he was there to purchase medical supplies and each time was accused of stealing. Which of course he wasn’t. They are racially profiling people and assuming without any proof. They are literally accosting regular customers! My partner was calm and respectful the entire time , telling them he had done nothing wrong while he even offered to let them see what was in his pockets and they refused his offer and continued to tell him to leave the store, even adding that he needed to “Go to church”. There were multiple different white employees who participated in this harmful act of racism & ableism. Who knows how many people this has happened to, simply because they look different than their normal university customers. This is absolutely wrong and a terrible practice - get PROOF before accusing people!!

This is, by far, my favorite CVS and I have been a customer for many, many years. For reference, my partner and I traveled the country for two years before settling in Tucson so ... I have quite the range of experience. This weekend, I needed a Rx pushed through my insurance as we were traveling out of town for the holidays where there is no CVS for hundreds of miles. The pharmacist was also able to fill another Rx that the system told me was backordered. They happily made the extra effort to see that I was well taken care of and able to enjoy our holiday without the added stress of trying to xfr prescriptions back and forth between them and unfamiliar, small town pharmacies. The staff is always pleasant and patient, even though they can get quite busy. The pharmacist on duty even opened up a line when customers began to backup in line. Just an overall fantastic experience.

If i could give this CVS 0 stars I would. I have strep and my medication got sent over. When I called THREE TIMES they said they didn't have it. When my doctor called THREE TIMES they said they had it. First the pharmacist on the phone after I told her I have strep asked if my prescription was for Lexapro.... Im no pharmacist but who take Lexapro for a Bacterial Strep Throat? They do not know what they are doing.

I stopped by CBS after getting off work on University Blvd and was appalled by customer behavior, it was later at night and I know there’s a stranger crowd in the later hours. There was the absolute worst case scenario unfolding in front of me between an insane customer and the employees working the cashiers stand. The cashiers handled the customer very professionally and with such grace I feel like it should be recognized. As someone that also works later on University Blvd I know how some late night customer behavior can be. Both of the cashiers tonight were calm and collected and dealt with it in the best way possible. As a witness to the customer behavior I was so upset and wanted to speak out but they presented as possible drug users and didn’t want to escalate the situation. The employees tonight were so amazing and I hope that they can be recognized for the work that they do because it was not an easy interaction to be dealt with, and they handled it so well. So much respect for them.

If you need non pharmacy stuff, this is the spot. If you need iodine or some actual otc medicine, may not be in stock.

This cvs is downright the worst one I’ve ever been to but it’s my only option living on campus and not having a car. They made me pay for my birth control which my insurance covered because they typed in in wrong, my friend and I got there at 1:28 and they refused to serve us because their lunch break is at 1:30 even though we needed the medication, and they have refilled my medications wrong on multiple occasions. If you have any other option, I would choose another CVS
