They told me that my order was still not done 4 hours after it was supposed to be ready even though they sent me an email saying it was ready. And everytime anyone asked the woman working for help she said she was off the clock. I don't know who is supposed to help people if she's always "off the clock". I will never order photos from here again

This pharmacy does not care about customer service. They open at 10 and then close for lunch for an hour. Really?They have had a broken drive through lane with a hand written ‘closed’ note for over 6 months. Driveway is usually covered in trash and loitered by zombified homeless people. Waiting in drive through often feels unsafe. Their lines are ridiculously long. Their latest?
They’ve decided they’re no longer answering patients phone calls!! Patients are expected to leave a message after navigating the phone menus. Yuck. They say they’ll ‘call back in an hour’. Communicating through smoke signals about medication dosage, counter-indications and adverse events is dangerous and negligent CVS! Removing your patients ability to phone your pharmacists signals that you couldn’t give a crap about our welfare.

Unbelievable how I’ve had several deliveries from the store. And none of the delivery drivers can manage to comprehend, looking at the paperwork, checking the address and the street, the building letter and number. Still managing to get the person’s delivery sent to the wrong place. I can only think the delivery people are not being properly background check to see if they comprehend each, and every detail of where they are making the delivery. Can they even read? Totally ridiculous.

This is a good store and I go there regularly. The staff is great and there kind to me. They all do a wonderful job.

I would give negative 50 if I could. They are a horrible pharmacy. I needed to speak to them to get a script moved over and I needed it same day- after 39 minutes on hold they hung up on me- three times!!! That after going through a million different voice prompts to get to a human. I hope new pharmacy’s open up with service and these guys and their arrogance would be put to shame and right out of business!!!

Waited online for pickup of 1 prescription that was ready. After helping the couple in front of me, they actually closed my the gate on me because it was 1:29 snd they take lunch @ 1:30. Horrible people and no sense of proper customer service. Switching back to Walgreens. Get bent CVS!

It's a decent store and pharmacy. The people go out of their way to be helpful and I can't remember any time I've ever had any problems here. Plus it's relatively close to my house. 😉😆

I walked into the CVS on Broadway and wilmot and the cashier was so rude. He embarrassed and insulted me to the point of never setting foot in another CVS.
