My experience here started off positive about a year ago, but when they switched to off-site pharmacists and in-house techs only it just went downhill. Never have my meds, always out of stock. They are absoluteley pleasant, hard-working and professional but they are overwhelmed. It's not a worker problem. It's a poorly managed business model. Looking to go anoher pharmacy ASAP.

The workers are nice and the place is clean. Sister uses CVS pharmacy drive thru. Restrooms are for the customers, but sometimes depending on the worker, they let the people without homes use the restrooms. People deserve to use an actual bathroom with TP, but sometimes it would be nice not to be followed by them around the store. I guess it depends on the day.

I just recently started going to the CVS inside Target at 4040 N. Oracle Road. I began having issues with another CVS down the street. I needed a change. Recently, I needed a flu shot. The staff at this location were friendly and ready to help. Later, I needed to get my Covid booster and the RSV vaccine. Again, this was handled quickly, with care, and with positive results. I also decided to move my prescriptions to this location. Everything is in order. I'm looking forward to my new relationship with this pharmacy. Robert Henderson

Generally this location is a bit congested & the pharmacy techs look overworked with a lack of proper support. Corporate should have a better system for the patients and workers alike.Arthur was amazingly patient, and helpful. This is something highly appreciated because he took the time to ensure my insurance was applied correctly, and was kind with the process. Thank you!

every time I have come to this cvs pharmacy I am always greeted with such kind and attentive care. i've been to other locations where the pharm techs seemed super unhappy and did not want to be there. however the employees of this location have always treated me so well and always have excellent customer service.
