I have no complaints against CVS Tucson on Oracle Road. Nothing is ever perfect. Blake did as good a job as he could without anyone else on the sales floor.

We ran in five minutes before closing time, found our items, paid at the self-checkout, and still completed our purchase before the store closed. There were still people going in when we drove away.

The one-star reviews speak for themselves. The staff at this pharmacy, particularly the male pharmacists I’ve encountered, are some of the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. Despite always being polite and greeting them kindly, they respond with nothing but attitude.
For comparison, my girlfriend and I went to a Walgreens pharmacy the same day to pick up her medication, and the difference was night and day. At Walgreens, we were greeted with smiles and treated with kindness throughout the entire interaction.
This place is a disappointment. I won’t be coming back.

I always get problem everytime when i come in there to pick up my medicine with the guys his name is Logan! He's so rude and unfriendly... i can't belive how's that cvs can hire him work there like that😡

Logan the pharmacy supervisor is very rude and doesn’t even try to help you! I don’t understand how he is the supervisor he has no customer service skills at all. I am transferring all my prescription to another company thanks to him. Be careful you don’t lose more customers due to his nasty attitude!!

Logan at the drive through pharmacy was extremely rude and not helpful when I needed antibiotics for my son’s dog bite. Logan stated CVS doesn’t take Access and the second I said I don’t have any money, Logan gave the card back with attitude.
