It is easy to understand why this location is adorned with negative feedback after a poor experience provided by manager, Jessica, and and her two colleagues at front of house.

The lady that works in the front of the store is really unhelpful. It's really disappointing to live so close to a CVS and be repeatedly disappointed with the staff. She is so grumpy every time I see her or ask for help. It's like a major inconvenience for her to assist you and now that so much stuff is locked up, you can't get it without help. I had pneumonia and needed more mucinex and had to leave because I couldn't get anyone to unlock the display.

This is the worst pharmacy. I had my prescriptions sent to them on the 21 of last month. I was supposed to get them on the 9th. I went there I was told that I needed to have my doctor to sign off on it and my insurance to release it. Had that done went in 4 days later. I was in so much pain. They were to busy to help me. And when if she was the pharmacist who is always on the phone, looked up and asked me if I was already taken care of. I told her you have to release my prescription so I could get it filled. She asked me to go ahead and sit down at the other side of the count. I guess that’s where they talk to you. I don’t know. I sat there and waited and then I got up and went around. I saw you guys ready. She looked at me and came over and said I deleted your order by mistake man I got so furious so she tells me I’ll be here tomorrow to help you. I asked her after waiting all this time you want me to wait one more night. I can’t even stand here with the pain, but then you don’t care it’s not your pain and you say you’re here to service us. To top it off, she called my primary doctor instead of my pain management specialist doctor. Still waiting to get my other half of medication which now they tell me they don’t have a prescription that it’s on the one grant up by TMC and they tell my doctor that they’re good. They’re gonna get it done the same day. I cannot even get anything from them. I don’t know what’s wrong with these people pop it off that lady was Indian. She shouldn’t even be there if she doesn’t care about people I am so frustrated with this place. I’m gonna go somewhere else so sad later from Tucson has problems with these people. They don’t even know how the hell to take care of us

self checkout sucks. But then again it’s not as rude as the people that work at the store. No phone calls when prescriptions are ready. If you sign up for the text service you get lambasted with them daily. I will no longer shop at this piece of crap establishment.

This pharmacy regularly has delays in refilling my medications and does not have a mechanism for leaving a voicemail when the pharmacy is closed. When the pharmacy is open, you can't even talk to a pharmacist on the phone without leaving a voicemail and requesting a call back. The confirmation says that a pharmacist will call back within an hour, but it is usually 4-5 hours, if at all. There is one pharmacy staff member who is frequently rude and patronizing to patients.

The pharmacy tech was horrible! I was in a lot of pain and when I asked to get my refill same day, I have chronic pain. hH said they were too busy with working on over 100 other refills. He was patronizing me. I left but because of the pain, I was walking very slow. Got to my car and as I was driving, I saw this same tech outside on his cell phone. This was disappointing because he couldn’t help me because they were too busy but yet he was out here in his phone for a while. I’m going back to Walgreens. I’ve never had issues with them filling my meds same day. I only switched to CVS because my insurance gave me some sort of card that I can use there but is not worth it. Going back to my favorite pharmacy that has always come through for me-WALGREENS!

Lots of employees having a lively chat 1/2 way across the store and in a cluster in the makeup section. Didn't want to interrupt the conviviality to get my questions answered.
After waiting a bit at the register, someone who couldn't help me went to get a cashier, who seemed inconvenienced to ring up a customer.

This location is odd. It feels like the main store is understaffed. The poor employee was doing her best. The pharmacy is okay but the two balding pharmacists kept talking badly about everyone they hung up with on the phone. They seemed so mean. I’m glad I only interacted with the guy with curly hair and the woman up front. At least those two were nice.

Don't shop here, consistantly atrocious customer service, and low inventory and just the beginning.

Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Unprofessional, lack of communication, never prepared. Judging by all the reviews on here, how is this place still functioning with the same management ?

CVS in general is just a terrible pharmacy. You can’t even call and speak to a human now. This location has mostly friendly staff. Except the one short, older, round, balding gentleman who asked me if my doctor knew I was dependent on my nighttime medication- like yeah they know, they prescribe it for me every month because I’m not stable enough to change it right now. Furthermore, it’s none of his dang business and it was inappropriate for him to say. If he had a genuine concern, have the pharmacist speak to me or at least speak to me in a way that shows concern, not judgment and condescension. Dude is wack.
Anyway, the rest of the staff is nice, but clearly stressed and overworked. I really think CVS is the worst pharmacy there is and I’m transferring everything to Safeway even though they don’t have a drive through. That should say something, I hate going in stores!

I am amazed that the Pharmacy here has not killed anyone. I had to have my doctor send a note along with my script saying I couldn't take a particular manufacturer's drug due to a very debilitating side effect. There has only been one time in the last 5 times I needed to refill where they gave me the drugs from a different manufacturer without me having to verify and return the wrong drug.
I'm transferring my scripts to a different company, and I recommend others do as well, especially if you have certain drugs you can't take by a specific manufacturer.

This is the best CVS I've ever been to! Nathan and his staff are the friendliest and most upbeat crew I’ve encountered with a CVS! They move with speed and a funky style of grace. They have fun and they are very welcoming! I could not be in a better place for my pharmacy needs. No matter what side of town I’m on I will continue with the grant/Silverbell team!

I share similar concerns about the pharmacist giving people medical advice (not about their prescriptions), I’ve overheard it in the pharmacy line inside. Today I opted to do the drive through pharmacy and waited for 40 mins with no communication as to why. The person in front of me eventually left (without getting their prescription) and then I sat in front of the window. I made eye contact with the multiple people working in there and they all just ignored me. When finally someone came up to the window after 40 mins there was no apology for the wait. At that point there were about 8 cars behind me and it was almost 7(pharmacy closes at 7) and most of those people probably weren’t even able to pick up their prescriptions after waiting in line for 30+ mins. Unacceptable.
