Currently standing here 22 minutes after I arrived just to be helped, it's a half an hour ordeal every time I come here. Only switched because an employee at the Walgreens I was going to previously told me that I shouldn't trust half their staff and that they didn't know how to do their jobs. Is there not a single pharmacy in Tucson that is not torture to do business with?

Old guys at pharmacy is racist and ignored to refill my broder perscription and for second time he delayed it. I will file complaint aginst them to corporate.

Anytime I've visited this pharmacy the last 2 years, I am disappointed in their speed of service. They seem understaffed and have no sense of urgency. I am glad I don't get my prescriptions filled here anymore. If you have an abundance of time and don't mind waiting, this may be the place for you.

Transferred a prescription to this store and was told to give it 48hrs. 48hrs later my prescription still isn't at this store, they haven't even made the phone call yet. Wasted my time and now I have to drive across town AGAIN to get it filled at the more expensive competitor. This store deserves to be closed.

Why does your website and Yelp list your hours until 10 pm everyday? You closed at 4 pm yesterday! WTH? Missed getting my refill because of this. Not good customer service people! If your hours are listed until 10 pm you should be there when I come by at 6 pm. So disappointing!
