Tech working register in the pharmacy is rude, lacks basic customer service skills, and manager who was physically present did nothing. Pharmacy closes at 6 pm. I arrived at 557 pm and was loudly told they were closed. When I stated it was 557pm I was told the drawers were being pulled. They were still cashing someone out, meaning the register was still open. Do by recommend.

For a pharmacy CVS is not very reliable and seemed to care less if my orescription was available or not.

I find it very disappointing and discouraging to complete qualifying purchase for reward credit to not be applied.

Some of the pharmacy staff not very customer friendly. I know most techs & pharmacist are overworked, so maybe that's why.

Worst damn pharmacy ever. Now they switched their call system to a call back system so you never speak to somebody and when you go over all options it hangs up on you. To top it off nobody calls back. Will be filling a bbb complaint.

Worse pharmacy ever! Especially the so called manager. He really needs to learn his job. Needs to act and look professional. Trying to get a refill on a prescription is incredibly difficult for them to do. Will not be going back. They really need to hire experienced and professional people. Especially the so called pharmacy manager.

I just spoke with Enrique, the pharmacy manager and he was extremely helpful with my prescriptions and went out of his way to try to get them filled. I really appreciated it. He really cared. Thank you Enrique!

0 STARS IF I COULD! Folks, DON'T TRUST THIS PHARMACY!!! INCOMPETENT, STUPID, LAZY GANSTA 'HO'S from Midvale Park 'hood INFEST THIS PHARMACY!!! They LOST MY INFANT DAUGHTER'S ANTIBIOTIC PRESCRIPTION TUESDAY MORNING, AND CLOSED THE PHARMACY IN MY FACE WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP AT 19:58 THE SAME EVENING! They CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO SERVE CUSTOMERS!!! I intend to call their Corporate QC, supervisors and sundry State and County Inspectors down on this scum infested operation. Suffice to say, I'll take my family's business to a pharmacy staffed by humans, not PIGS!!!

Worse pharmacy ever... They are rude slow don't answer phones and never have anything in stock. The pharmacist are always talking down to the techs. The techs that are at drive thru or counter look like they don't want to be bothered

I think everyone that goes to a CVS to use the rewards when you cannot get to a C V S or isn’t able to make it to the store to spend the $10 that you pay five dollars for should be asking why when you can’t do this they keep your five dollars I can see them taking the reward five dollars away, but not the five dollars you pay for that’s your money if anyone has any answers if this is illegal, let me know. I’m tired of being cheated out of my money cause I can’t get to Cvs because I live so far out of town. Tks

Getting in touch with the pharmacy via phone is incredibly difficult and impossible. Leaving a voicemail as an only option does not work. I have waited over 24 hours with no callback. I can only imagine how elderly patients who don’t know how to work the system deal with this. Or those with urgent needs. Having to visit the pharmacy directly for a simple questions is ridiculous. I will definitely be looking for another Pharmacy to meet my needs.

Hours listed are not always accurate, not friendly or quick. I waited in drive thru for over 5 minutes, rang the bell, no one ever came (they were open). I went inside and when I got the pharmacy there were 4 employees and one was just getting to the drive thru. TERRIBLE customer service, use another pharmacy even if it’s further, trust me this place sucks. I always have a bad experience here, that’s why I’m writing this now. DO BETTER CVS
