Tried to get a covid shot here. The pharmacy’s fax system is a complete mess. They couldn’t locate my prescription for the shot two separate times. I ended up having to drive to my doctor to get a hard copy. The people tried to help but as I said, their systems are a mess.

Oh CVS, you’ve really outdone yourselves this time. I ran out of my inhaler on Friday, right in the middle of allergy-palooza here in Tucson. I thought, surely a giant pharmacy chain like CVS would have this common medication somewhere in the city. But alas—nope! Unless I wanted to drive to Oro Valley and breathe deeply through the disappointment.
But that wasn’t the real showstopper. No, the star of the performance was your new and improved phone system. First, it serenades you with a long automated message. Then, just when you think you’ve made it to a real human, you’re told you’ve won the honor of leaving a voicemail. Bonus points for the follow-up text: “Still need a callback?”
Yes, actually. Still can’t breathe.
I get it—healthcare’s hard. But maybe, just maybe, it shouldn’t feel like I’m trying to win concert tickets just to talk to a pharmacy tech. Maybe we could bring back the radical concept of letting sick people… talk to people?
This isn’t aimed at the people in the pharmacy. They’ve been doing their best inside this Kafkaesque system. This is for the process designers in Corporate Olympus, who apparently decided that making access harder equals innovation.
In conclusion: Would love less AI, more HI (Human Interaction). Would also love my inhaler.
And still haven’t received a callback that I requested and you texted me to make sure I still wanted…and I do, and it has been over and hour 😔 [now the sinking feeling hits, I may have to do this all over again]

The pharmacy is friendly and efficient. Big improvement over the Swan and Sunrise store. They are actually helpful instead of being annoyed

This is a great consumer value store and pharmacy. The employees are friendly and helpful. Oh, but that smell! What's that smell? One star has been deducted for the foul odor that greets you at the front door every visit.

I hope they address the smell in the entire store, it was very overwhelming and shocking. I could not concentrate on what I needed because the smell was so intense.

Extremely rude staff both at the store and pharmacy! 3 female cashiers were all mean to me and the female manager treated me very inappropriately making me feel like I am not welcome there. The male pharmacist was also extremely rude and insensitive to my needs over the phone. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated with respect! I would rather drive to another pharmacy further away to avoid such attitudes from staff (except for the young male cashier who is always friendly and overall exceptional-thank you young man:)

If you don’t like customers then being a pharmacist at CVS isn’t for you Kaitlyn. Probably one of the worst interactions in a while. I’ll drive further next time and wait longer if I get a friendlier interaction.

No service, no people in the store. I could have walked out after I yelled that I needed to check out I still waited. Do not go to this store. Rude people work there.

No one is ever at the counter.
My father was in there earlier today and a worker tried to yell at him. A veteran and a teacher and she rose her voice at him!!! Unacceptable employee's that work there!
